I think it's safe to say the majority of Gacha World's inhabitants refer to their creator as Creator Luni since she is their god of the luniverse.
HOWEVER, Xkour may be a bit different.
I believe the creator of the Xkour Guardian programs to be Lucas rather than Luni.
The fact that the guardians refer to their creator as "he", makes it seem they know their creator as Lucas Lee, aka the "IRL Luni". Some might say that they were referring to Dice or even Kilios, but for the latter I've already explained in my other theory and the former would have been referred as the founder.
Things get even more confusing as I say that the rest of Xkour believes the creator (who started the death game) is Creator Luni. They never referred to the creator to any gender, so anything goes.
I can't explain my version of the story of Lucas and Luni in full detail right now without making it a mess, so...
For the time being, think of it as Lucas working on the guardians and Xkour while using his persona/OC, Luni to send messages or reports to any beta-testing players.
