CAPTAIN SHOTO POV

A solid plan is indeed inquire to capture this mythical creature. I personally need it alive since I'm adding it to my personal collection. But how can I even capture one without any experience? It sounds so easy to plan out, but in reality capturing one might be hard. Since sighting one is already hard, what more on capturing one?

Usually, I plan without any back-up plan, but in this case I require a back-up plan for my back-up plan. Even planning out seems so hard in my case. I sighed and open a scroll that my mother gave me.

Ways to capture a mermaid by Captain Sorahiko Torino

Ahoy, me hearties! Prepare to embark on a treacherous quest fer capturin' a mermaid, but ye best heed this warnin' afore ye set sail. The allure of these enchantin' creatures be temptin', but ye must approach with caution, or face dire consequences on yer journey. This here guide be providin' a way on how to capture a mermaid, but mind ye, the preservation o' nature and the code o' the sea be paramount. Any actions that harm or exploit these mystical beauties or their habitats be met with a swift and harsh judgment from the depths below. Take heed, ye scallywags, and tread carefully on this perilous path.

1. SHIMMERIN' PEARLS
Arr, believe it or not, the easiest way to snatch a mermaid be by showin' off some shimmerin' pearls. Mermaids love them, shiny treasures plucked from oysters. They'll be drawn to their sparkle and swim right up to ye, like a fish to a bait.

2. LOOK IN THE LOOKIN' GLASS
Mermaids be a vain lot, matey! They can't resist gazin' at their own reflections. Use a lookin' glass to catch their eye, and they'll swim up to ye, curious as a seabird to a shiny trinket!

3. A FISHY FEAST
Grab a school o' bite-sized fish from the waters where the mermaid resides. Make sure they're temptin' and fresh. The mermaid will be lured in by the aroma and gobble 'em up, quicker than a seagull snatches a fish from yer grasp!

4. A CONCH SHELL'S CALL
Have ye noticed how scarce it is to find a grand conch shell in the wild? Then mermaids crave 'em like gold. The sound they make be enchantin' to mermaid ears, though we poor humans can't make it out. Leave a conch shell where the mermaid frequents, and she'll be drawn to it like a compass to north.

5. A BONE COMB FIT FOR A MERMAID
Remember, these mermaids be obsessed with their looks. Craft a perfect comb from fish bones and leave it atop her favourite restin' rock. She'll discover it when she goes to primp herself, and be so entranced by her own beauty, she'll never see ye comin'!

6. SHINY TREASURE
(Especially gold doubloons!) Mermaids be found near shipwrecks, me matey, as they love shiny baubles. Nothin' catches their eye like a gleamin' gold doubloon. Leave some gold coins near their haunt, and they'll swim over, eyes gleamin' with greed!

7. FETCH THE STARFISH
Mermaids be playful creatures, always frolickin' with their aquatic pals. They adore a game of Fetch the Starfish with dolphins, otters, and such. Toss a starfish their way like a sailin' disk, and they'll be all too eager to join in the fun!

8. SCAVENGIN' SHELLS
Mermaids be collectors of shells, matey. Once a shell be abandoned by its former inhabitant, they polish and treasure it. Leave a fine collection of pristine shells on display, and the mermaid, seein' her workload halved, will swim right up to snatch 'em for herself afore another mermaid gets 'em!

9. HARPIN' MELODIES
Mermaids be enchanted by music, but their ears don't hear sounds the way we landlubbers do. The most captivatin' sound to their ears be the gentle pluckin' of a harp. Match that with a sweet singin' voice, and mermaids will come swimmin' to ye, like sirens beckonin' sailors to their doom!

10. SAILIN' SHIPS
Arr, this be the most obvious method, me hearties! Sailors be always the ones to spot mermaids for a reason. When mermaids spy the silhouette of a ship above 'em, they mistake it for a mighty whale. Curiosity gets the better o' 'em, and they swim up to investigate, only to find ye waitin' aboard!

(Arr, once ye be havin' yer mermaid in yer grasp, mind ye this crucial step, me hearties! Ye need to ensure yer spare bathtub or pool be filled to the brim with salty seawater, just like the mighty ocean she calls home. Beware, though! If ye make the mistake o' fillin' it with chlorinated or hard water, ye'll be sendin' yer new friend to Davy Jones' locker, causin' an untimely demise! Treat her with the respect she deserves, and keep her surrounded by the waters that be her lifeblood.)

As I finished reading the scroll, I thought to myself, 'Should I do all of this in desperation?'.

And now I'm wondering where did my mother got this scroll? The pirate accent in the scroll is really thick. Why am I questioning it now? I have this scroll since I was nine years old.

I went to the deck to announce my plan to the crew, as I walk the hallway of the ship I saw (Y/n) walking along with Ochaco.

'This two is really close to each other, huh?'

"(Y/n)! Ochaco! Can you pull the bell, we will be having a meeting." I ordered. Both of them salute, and I only shrugged, since it is not really mandatory for my crew to salute.

They both ran towards up deck, while I'm just casually walking. I saw the crew ran upstairs and casually greeted me.

I went up to the forecastle deck mast, and cleared my throat to get my crew attention.

"It may sound ridiculous, but I have a plan," I said, then I started to read the scroll by Captain Sorahiko Torino.

After reading this information, I grouped them and gave them a schedule to follow.

"Why half-and-half is so obsessed with this mythical creatures anyway?" Katsuki whispered to Eijiro, which Katsuki didn't notice that I heard him.

I only shrugged and didn't even bother answering him, even though I heard him.

"You all dismiss," I shouted, and all of them went back to their station.

I head back to my office and I felt like someone is following me.

When I turned around, I saw little (Y/n). I raised an eyebrow at them, "Doughnut?".
