CHAPTER 32

24hours past and malik is still unconscious, his parent were furious after seeing what he did falak, as it is everyone is looking foward to him gaining consciousness especially his, the elderly man who's currently hovering over his bed, he had mull countless of way to vindicate what his son did to falak, he never for once thought his son can be so heartless to do something so extreme like this to a lady, not just any lady his own wife.

"Isn't there any alternative to wake this boy i have important things to do, i would have left message but i want to  speak to him in person, i wanna see the height of his obscenity, do something."malik dad say and the doctor sigh.

"There's nothing we can do for now, we've done the basic he just need rest and he will gai........

"He doesn't need any rest,
Is he in coma?"he ask and the doctor shake his head.

"Nah, he's just a little down do to loss of the blood but.....

"Can this.....his hand catapotted a loud son on his son cheek making the doctor to gasp and quickly hold the elderly man hand.

"Can that wake him?"he ask and the tingles of the slap must have sent some electrolytes to malik brain.

From his hazy vision malik spot the single person he'd always subjected to, anyome may think he was unconscious for more than an hour but he'd gain conscious 3hours ago but the first voice he heard which unfortunately were his dad was what drive him to stay calm and somehow he fall asleep instantly but then this slap, it's so sudden that it sent an unwavering feeling to his brain.

"Ohh guess that work."he heard his dad say and he flutter his eyes open.

The doctor leave the hospital room, he hasn't met a dysfunctional individual like malik dad, the man is just full of surprises.

"I want to know when you were given the permission to mistreat falak?he demand and malik just stare at him, his head is throbbing so badly and he can barely even see him.

"I'm going to Jordan,
if i can i would have go with falak but she refused, she was adamant i don't know what she sees in a despicable person like you, for all i care you are an idiot, you re incapable of anything and you are venting your frustration on the innocent girl, wallahi by Allah i dared you to yell at that girl, let alone hit her, malik i dare you, my eyes are on you and i give you 6days to set things right with your wife, I'd be coming back in 6days for your cousins wedding, do the needful or i will make sure you regret, it's not a threate it's a warning."with that said the elderly man turn and leave the hospital room making malik to sigh as he close his eyes and doze off again.

"Falak are you sure?
Wlh I'm scared for you, If malik can do what he did to you what else is he not capable of doing?
Let's go together, I'm already guilty for letting you come with him despite knowing what he's been doing to you, what if we weren't there that day?
he would have killed you, i still cannot believe my own son is capable of doing something horrible like that,
Falak please let's go."malik mum plead.

She's still horrified by what her son did to falak, if someone will tell her malik is capable of doing that to anyone let alone a lady not any ogher lady his wife she'd sue that person but then it's true, her son is abusive, she thought he'd already buried those memories and would move on but perhaps something's are just too big to let go.
