"What?" Eddie asks in confusion looking behind us.
"Guys, where's Stan?" Richie asks.
Stanley was nowhere in sight, it was the one thing after the other. Crawling out the hall, we went looking for him.
"Stanley!"
"Stanley!"
"Stan!"
The tunnel stopped, only taking us to the sewers. "Oh, shit. Greywater." Richie mumbles in disgust, but it didn't stop us, from moving forward. "Stan?" I call our, walking through the smelly water. "Stan!" Bill yells flashing the light down the path we hope leads us to Stanley.
Stanley's screams had us running. "Shit! Stan!" Richie says, we got stopped by a giant metal door, that was shut tightly. We each grabbed onto the door and start pushing.
"Stanley!" Eddie yells, doing his best with the one arm.
"We're coming!"
"We're coming! Don't worry."
It took all our strength to push open the door, but Stanley was nowhere to be seen.
"Stan?" Bill asks.
"Stanley! Stan! His flashlight." Eddie ran to pick up the abandoned flashlight, the scene around the corner had us frozen, the woman Stanley told us he has seen, he was trying to eat his face off.
"What the fuck is that thing?" Richie asks, his voice must have scared the thing, as it retracted it's teeth from his face.
"Oh shit."
Eddie's sudden scream, made all of us as we watched it walking backwards shrieking at us, it disappeared into one of the million sewer pipes, but a face came back only it wasn't the woman, it was the clown smiling at us, before disappearing again.
"Stanley!"
"Stanley! Stan!"
"Stanley!"
We made a quick run for our friend, but when we touched him he started screaming. "No! No! No!" He was crying trying to get away from us. "It's okay." Bill says trying to reassure him he's not in danger at the moment.
"You left me! You took me into Neibolt! You're not my friends! You made me go into Neibolt!" Stanley yells, tears running down his face, it made me start crying as well. "Stanley! I'm sorry!" Eddie says through his own tears.
"You made me go into Neibolt! This is your fault!" Stanley kept on yelling.
"We would never let anything happen to you. We're here for you." Eddie says in a calmer voice, pulling Stanley into a hug. "You know we wouldn't do that to you. Come on." I state, joining in on the hug, trying to comfort our friend, the others joined in shortly after.
"Bill! Bill!" Eddie yells, cutting the moment short. I actually might loose a couple of pounds from all the running around. Eddie tripped when we ran after Bill, falling into the greywater.
"Come on. Get out of there dude. That's greywater." Richie says to him, but Eddie only started freaking out. "Wait, wait, wait. Oh, my god, my fucking flashlight."
"Eddie!" Richie yells, when decapitated heads started popping up, it had us screaming in shock. "Come on, let's get the fuck out of here! Come on!" Richie yells helping Eddie up and we started running through the sewers once again.
"Holy shit." Richie says, as we seemed to have entered a larger area with a bunch of junk piles, piles and piles of junk.
"Bev? Cori?"
"Corinne?" I ask staring up at her and Beverly floating mid air, my heart felt like it was stuck in my throat.
"Holy shit."
"Cori." I mutter.
"How are they in the air?" Richie asks, but there was no explanation.
"Guys. Are those..." Eddie mutters, following at where he was staring at, to see a nightmare of a sight. "The missing kids. Floating." Stanley finishes for the Kaspbrak boy.
My attention went back to Corinne, my heart beating faster than my mind could think. "Just let me grab her." I say, in a way I was asking Richie and Mike for help.
"Shit."
They did help me up so that I could grab her by her foot. "I'm slipping." I warned them as they got me back on the ground, i pulled Corinne down, holding her so that she won't fall over.
"Cori." I whisper shaking her, Mike and Richie got Beverly, I could feel my eyes glaze over with tears, as I stared into her white glazed eyes. "Corinne." I say not taking my eyes off her hoping she would wake up.
"Why isn't she waking up? What is wrong with her? Corinne, please! Come on!" I yelled, looking at my friends for answers, but they too had tears in their eyes, I thought begging her would make her wake up, but I could only pull her into a hug.
A single thought had me pulling away, with a bit of hope, taking a deep breath, I pulled her into a kiss.
"Wow."
"Cori?"
Pulling away, I felt like I was gonna loose it, when she gasps for air, her eyes turning back to their normal beautiful blue.
"January Embers." She whispers.
"My heart burns there too." I say, a smile on my face, her eyes not leaving mine.
"Uhm, guys, what about Beverly?" Richie asks, breaking the moment, but we needed to get her out of the daze she was also in.
Corinne walked over to the other girl, placing a kiss on her cheek, making the Marsh girl gasp for air, waking up from her trans she was in.
"Jesus fuck." Richie states, pulling the two girls into a hug, the others wasted no time joining in on the hug.
Beverly was looking around before giving us a questioning look. "Where's Bill?" She asks.
