S2E4 - Abomination
"Nice. That's real sanitary." Stiles said after touching a sticky substance on the door handle. "Quality establishment you're running here." He added and opened the door.
The mischief kid sighed, wiped his hand on his jacket and took his phone out. At that moment, the door opened and he recognized the young woman who had just entered the room. It was Sasha and, like him, she wiped her hand in disgust.
"Uh hum... Hi, Sasha, what are you doing here?" Stiles asked her. It was the first time he spoke to her since her return.
"Hey Stilinski. Just here to buy some motor oil but now I'm considering calling EPA because of several alarming violations in this shop." She replied jokingly.
Stiles chuckled. His former best friend always had the same sarcastic humour as him. Unexpectetly, his phone fell from his hands and they started to shake. He tried to move them but he couldn't. His breath got heavier and he noticed that the exact same thing was happening to Sasha. The teenager looked in the shop and saw a black hand with huge claws. He felt his cardiac rhythm quickened.
"Hey." He said. "Hey!" He tried to say louder before falling on the ground.
A second later, Sasha fell too. Both teenagers were laying on their stomach and could see what was going on through the glass door. Suddenly, they saw an awful creature make a cut with its tail on the neck of the mechanic. A second later, the man fell on the ground and, like them, couldn't move.
"Help me. Help me. Help me." He begged while the elevator was lowering.
"I... I can't move anymore." Stiles said after managing to dial the numbers nine and one. "He's going to die." He added fatally.
"Close your eyes Stiles. You don't want to watch that." Sasha told him. She knew the teenager hated blood and what was going to happen in front of them would possibly traumatize him for life.
He did what she told him and a second later he heard an awful crushing sound. He took a deep breath and manage to dial the last number.
"Sasha?" He shakily asked.
"I'm okay Stiles." She replied with a shallow breath. Unlike Stiles, she kept her eyes open. She shouldn't have.
"911, what's your emergency?" An operator said on the phone.
After giving their testimony to the police, the two teenagers were finally allowed to leave the scene. They agreed to say that they had not seen anything and had only discovered the body. Stiles joined Sasha, who had offered to drive him home since the Jeep had to be impounded. The young woman unlocked the doors and they got in.
"I think we need to talk Sasha." Stiles told her. He already suspected her of knowing about the supernatural but now he was sure. She was scared when they saw the creature but she wasn't surprised and the threat she made to Erica made him believe that she could be a hunter.
Before she had time to answer, the back door opened and Scott got into the car. He sat down in the middle of the seat.
"You okay?" He asked in an anxious way.
"Yeah." Stiles answered him still a little shaken. "I don't know what it was. I mean, its eyes were almost, like, reptilian." He added and Scott's heartbeat quickened.
"It's not like you Scott." Sasha said, making the two boys widening their eyes. She knew about Scott.
"How... How do you..." Stiles stuttered.
"A lot of things happened over the last year. Stiles is right. We should show each others our cards if we want to stop that thing. " She told them.
"My mom is on a night shift. We can go to my house." Scott suggested and Sasha started the engine. It was time for the truth. Well, at least, for a part of it. The young woman wasn't going to tell them everything, she wasn't ready for that.
