As soon as Scott and Stiles left his house, Derek drove to Sashas. He was worried about her and he was right to be. The Alpha stopped the Camaro in her driveway, next to her car. Her father, like most night for the past two weeks, wasn't here. Sasha told him that, it was because he was working on an important case.

Derek saw her bedroom lights on and knew she was upstairs. He headed for the door, took the key she gave to him about a month ago so he could sneak in even if she was already asleep, and opened the door.

"Sash'?" The Alpha asked when he entered the house.

He got no answer and became even more worried. He knew the young woman was there, because he knew she never went to sleep with the lights on. Derek started to climb the stairs and, once he was upstairs, he finally heard the beating of her heart. It was relatively slow, even too slow. He entered her room and saw that the bathroom door was closed.

"Sasha? Are you okay?" He asked as he knocked gently on the door. "Sasha?" He asked again, but she didn't reply, again. "I'm coming in." He added, opening the door.

The young woman was sitting against the bathtub, her eyes closed and blood all over her hands and her sweater. Derek immediately crouched down in front of her and took her face between his hands.

"Hey, hey, hey." He slightly shook her. "Come on, baby, open your eyes." He said in a terrified voice.

"De.. Derek?" Sasha weakly mumbled.

"I'm here." The Alpha told her while gently stroking her cheek and she closed her eyes again. "No, no, no. Sash' keep your eyes open. Tell me what's going on." He said worriedly.

"My arm... it's bleeding." She managed to say, reopening her eyes. "I was gonna stitch it... but the sewing kit... isn't here." She whispered.

"I'll get it. You know where it is?" Derek gently asked her, still holding her face.

"Maybe... Sebby's room." She faintly said.

"Don't close your eyes Sash'." The Alpha told her and kissed her forehead before hurrying out of the bathroom.

He ran towards Sebastian's room, which he knew was the one next to Sashas even if he never entered it. He opened the door and rushed towards the bathroom. He rummaged in the cabinet under the sink and fortunately he found the sewing kit.

One second later, he re-entered Sasha's bathroom. He immediately took a towel and ran it under warm water before kneeling down in front of her.

"You need to remove your sweatshirt, so I can stitch you up." Derek told her and she nodded.

He delicately helped her out of it and saw her wound for the first time. The cut was pretty deep, but it was a straight one, making it easy to sew. The Alpha took the wet towel and gently cleaned her arm. He tried not to hurt her, but he saw her silently frowning, so he took her hand in his and his veins began to turn black as he continued to clean the wound.

"What's going on with you?" Derek murmured almost inaudibly while stitching her up. She was a werewolf, an Alpha, but she wasn't healing. It didn't make any sense.

Once the stitches were finished, he put a bandage around her arm and cleaned her bloody hands with the wet towel. Then, the Alpha helped her to stand up and lead her towards her bed. She sat on it while he took a shirt out of her dresser.

"Put this on. I'll get you some water." Derek told her and gave her the new shirt, before exiting her room.

Less than five minutes later, the Alpha was back and Sasha was sitting under the covers. He gave her a glass of water and she immediately gulped it down. Then, Derek took it back to put it on the nightstand, doing so, their hands brushed against each other.
