Today was Fatima's and Muhammad's wedding day. Fatima's aunt, Aunty Halima, came to wake them up. She entered the room and found them still sound asleep. She playfully teased Muhammad for needing more beauty sleep even though he wasn't the bride. Fatima nodded, acknowledging the beautician's arrival. Over the past month, the beautician had been coming regularly to help Fatima prepare. It was a painful process, but it left Fatima's skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.
After freshening up, Fatima emerged from the bathroom to find Zyra waiting for her. Zyra complimented her, telling her how amazing she looked. Fatima blushed and introduced Zyra to Ladi, her beautician. Zyra marveled at Ladi's talent, remarking on how fortunate Fatima was to have her. The three of them chatted as Ladi worked her magic, sharing beauty tips and tricks. Aunty Halima then provided Fatima with nourishing honey, fruits, and other substances.
With her beauty treatment complete, Fatima felt grateful as she looked at herself in the mirror. Ladi had truly done wonders, leaving Fatima feeling stunning in her blue traditional dress and turban. Zyra, Mino, and the bridesmaids also looked exquisite, their dresses adorned with beautiful embroidery.
Zyra couldn't help but express her admiration for their beauty and grace. Fatima thanked her, feeling her heart race with excitement. Mino joined in, expressing her gratitude for having Zyra by their side. Zyra beamed with pride, explaining that it was her honor to be their friend and make sure everything ran smoothly on their big day.
Once everyone was ready, Zyra helped the bridesmaids with their dresses and bouquets, ensuring everything was in place. They all headed to the parking lot, where the cars awaited them. As they drove to the event venue, anticipation filled the air.
Arriving at the venue, they were greeted by a perfectly decorated space with a traditional theme. The bridesmaids made their entrance, followed by the stunning bride, Fatima. She danced with her friends before taking her seat, eagerly awaiting the groom's arrival.
Muhammad and his friends were announced, and he walked in looking impeccable in a white babban Riga adorned with intricate designs in royal blue and gold. His friends stood behind him, all equally dashing in different shades of blue. As he approached Fatima, Mino and their friends blocked his path, demanding a fee before allowing him to proceed. Muhammad sighed and asked how much they wanted. Mino pretended to think for a moment before stating they wanted one million. Muhammad, with a smile, glanced at his friend Abdulrahman and instructed him to give them three million instead. Mino and her friends cheered as Abdulrahman pulled out a check and handed it to them. They stepped aside, thanking him for the business transaction.
Muhammad finally reached Fatima and took his seat next to her. As the event continued, Mino was called to the stage to say a few words about Fatima. She expressed her love and admiration for her, describing her as one of the most beautiful souls in the world. Mino praised Fatima's sincerity, kindness, and mischievous nature, while wishing her a happy married life. Umma, Fatima's mother, also spoke about her daughter's enthusiasm, bright spirit, and hardworking nature.
Next, the bride and groom were asked to participate in a game. They faced each other as the MC asked them questions. They both pointed to themselves when asked who proposed first and who was more romantic. The game continued until they were asked to dance. The DJ played 'Perfect' by Ed Sheeran, and Muhammad held Fatima's hand and waist as they moved gracefully to the music. From afar, it seemed like a beautiful display of love, but in reality, their eyes held a burning passion of hatred. Nevertheless, the crowd saw their dance as a symbol of love.
