His Pov;

I had given up on my life.
You can call me a coward but I couldn't do this anymore. My mate and child were killed mercilessly by those low lives. My mate was wrong when she said that we should give those humans a chance.
She had no clue what will become of us.. of her..

Yes I the high king of nebular empire failed to protect his family..

I, Yushua Makroom Eskez, the hunter of darkness lost and lost so shamefully that even demons won't feel sorry for me.

After loosing my wife at the hand of those humans and my own people who decieved me just for the sake of that throne, I was here, in some human vehicle on the way to KHALIQ knows where but surely it will all end with my death, sitting here in this dark bag, chains covering my body,it showed how help less I was and that made me hate the inhabitants of earth more and more.a

When that girl came to help me, I didn't want anything but to kill her. Her presence was loathsome, reminding me of how a failure I was who could not save his family.
Her scent was human but it had something similar, something I had known for years but..how..what games she was playing. If I hadn't known better, I could have mistaken her for my Mate...My MATE?
what in the world am I thinking?? I saw me beloved getting ki..killed howw..how can she..no.no..way..
Its a lie, they are god at lie,at decieving.

The way she moved told me that she was up to something. I was waiting for her to hurt me, to kick or scream at me for nothing.

But..
She didn't do anything like that.. instead she was helping me?

Why? I don't know. May be it was her way to torture me. You will be thinking that what a weak man I was, accepting any blow thrown at my way but after losing it all nothing mattered to me now. I was a broken man who didn't care for anything at this moment except one, the revenge for my family and after that I could die in peace.

"Uhmmm" I heard her painful yelp, may be she hurt herself getting inside this vehicle, huh weak humans.
I could already smell the metallic smell of blood, she was bleeding.

"Oh my god!! It hurts so much--" she started but her voice was irritating me now so to shut her up I growled.

"Unhhhmmm grrr grraaa"

"Shittt!!" she got scared from my growl, good.

She was questioning her presence here and she better should because it was hard stopping myself from tearing her little body into shreds.

After a long silence, i felt her foot steps towards me. Hmm I must say she was brave but to n extent of foolishness even after that roar she wasn't ready to back away.

"Hh-hhey, i-iii i- I am here to help..." Her breathing was heavy and her hands raising to touch me, never will I let her touch me.

Alright then let's see how much you can put up with.
And with this thought I pushed her away and with a thud, she landed on her wrist, braking her bones may be.

"Ahhhh!!!!!" she cried.

I was breathing heavily in anger, ready to pounce at her but as I hear her cry, my body ceased.
I didn't know why but I felt bad for making her cry, it nearly felt like I could feel her pain.

First her scent and now this..how is this possible. She can't be...she can't be her...I..i..

" You son of a- ****, I am helping you!!
and you are trying to hurt me. Can't you tell the difference between me and them?!!!!" She shouted as if I told you to come save me.

And from her voice she was calling me with profanities.
It angered me but for her lowly life and my pride I let it slid And kept quite.

" I think I should go" she said.

No she can't, at first I could have let her go but now when she is here, why not use her to get free from these chains.

So I hurriedly yanked at the chain, making her think that I was sorry for hurting her and that I needed her help.

"Throwing tantrums I see..."
Just wait until I am free of this and then I will show you
" Grrrr!!" Came a single growl.

"Okay okay but before I do this let me warn you, you can't hurt me or otherwise I will leave you here." She warned me.

Little girl I will hurt you if I want and when I want but first let me see if you can free me from these spell bounded chains which can only be opened by my mate.

And from what I have seen so far, she is somehow having that scent of my mate. I don't know how but if they have sent her here and think that they can fool me with this then it's their biggest mistake.

I will use her for getting my freedom and they won't be able to stop me once I get it.
