My name is Sofia Baig , I am 21 and a full time archeology student in city university.
I love history and that's the reason of me staying in this city called LAKDARO.
I am eldest in my family, having three younger siblings, one sister and two brothers, a business man father and house wife mother.
I came from a modern yet a strict family where you could travel world and study wherever you want but at the cost of not dating.
It's not like we weren't allowed to marry at our own will but wasting your time in a relation that you weren't sure of was out of discussion in my parents views.

"Where is my charger!! I told you guys not to move it from here."
I shouted from my room.
"Carie took it, the one she had wasn't working." Mother said.
"Take mine,my phone is charged."
Father said like always, offering us everything thing he had whenever we were in need.
"Thankyou papa, I will return it soon and then we will go for dinner, my treat."
I looked at him, excited for our family outing today after all I had received my first pay check yesterday and what's a better than treating your family.
"Think again, you could save it for your car." Mom said coming behind me, again pestering me to not spend it on our family.
"Oh come on you guys, you all are talking as if I am spending a fortune worth a Lamborghini on our dinner tonight." I said not worrying about a surprised expression that adorned my parents.
" You want a Lambo as your first car?!!" My brother all but shouted from his seat on the dining table.
" Yeah.." I said not wanting to continue the conversation as I was getting late plus it always made me uneasy how others never expected great things from me.
"Bye guys, will meet you at the diner,
And yeah! dad?" I forgot to tell him again.
"Yup honey?"
" I payed in advanced so if I get late or anything, you guys can carry on with the dinner." I finished and started heading to the main door again.
"But it's a family dinner,you can't miss it!!" Mother hissed.
"You guys are too much, i said 'if' so..."
"No ifs you coming and that's final" my mother ended the discussion shutting all of us.
"Geez! Okay woman..." I said and ran for the car before any slipper or spoon came flying.
"This girl I swear!!!!"
I heard my mother shouting and father like always calming her down and helping me escape.
Smiling, I started the engine and prayed that everything goes fine today as I had a presentation that could help me get noticed for my hard work in the recent research.
Not knowing today everything was going to change for ever and I won't be able to stop it because today I was going to face my worst fears.
