Chapter 12

After sometime...

Knock knock..

I was sitting on the bed, combing my hair when a knock came and the women from before emerged.

"I have some news for you.. you will get a chance to visit our grounds -" before she could finished I excitedly lunged towards her and grabbed her hand.

"Really?!!! Thankyou ..." I genuinely told her. Believe it or not but now I wanted to see this place and meet some aliens. May be  I could get my new research here.. who knows

"But.." she brushed my hands of like I carried a disease.. ouch.

"My brother will accompany you, he wants discuss other matters too. You know your stay here and the box you brought with yourself."

"Box?" I looked at her with confusions. What box-
The BOX, OH MY-

"WHERE IS IT??" I again tried to grab her hand but she backed away and stopped me with her hands.

"Non of you business, it's ours.. where did you get it in the first place? " She questioned her spiky brows looking at me expectantly.

"Non of your business" I shot back, two could play this game.

"Alright then!  My brother will take it from here then. Let's go" she gave up and dragged me outside the room.

"Wha-" "

"Hello!" As I got out, the man from before was standing there in his great glory.

Handsome was a shame word for him. He looked marvellous, he was the most beautiful man I had seen in my entire life.

Excuse my words, I wasn't like this to drool but Gosh he was fine.
But his frown was ticking me off. He seemed irritated. Bored even by my mere presence.

Looking me up and down..
Up and down ..???
In all this I had forgotten I was wearing a vulgar dress not exactly a dress but polythene to put it right.

"Oh God..." I shied away behind the tall woman.

"What r u doing???" She hushed and looked at her brother with fear.

"I am practically naked, can't face him like this.." I stared but she pulled me from behind.

"Are you mad?!" I shouted and tried to hide myself with my hands, failing miserably.

"Are you down with your useless tactics human??" He said in his booming voice, now and inch closer to me.

"I..i am underdressed..thi is embarrassing" I tried to reason, with my head down.

"LOOK AT ME WHEN YOU TALK" he said again.

I looked at him at once, not liking the sharpness in his voice and of course not wanting to hear him.

"I am here to talk while we visit the grounds, perhaps you would enjoy our discussion of your freedom more than my eyes on your ...body" he finished, disgust dripping at the word body.

I was appalled to say the least. But decided ignore it and follow him. It was better to get away from here as soon as possible otherwise it won't be long before I kill this man.
I looked at the woman who was standing quietly not showing any emotion.

So not being able to find any support from her I decided to go with him.

"Lead the way KING" I looked at him in the eye and rolled and started walking away not caring for him to follow.
This was my way of protesting, I may be weak but they couldn't order me around.

I was going to take a sharp turn when his booming voice came.

"I wouldn't go there if I wanted to Live" he smirked as I turned to see him not knowing what he meant.

But as I saw the sign, it had picture of some monster like creature.
Not wanting to find out more, I changed my course.

"Wise human" he said under his breath and smirked again knowing it was a taunt.

" I wasn't going there" I said in a strong tone and fold my hands, which very unpleasantly pushed my girls upwards.
The king looked at them but tried to ignore it, uneasiness clear on his face. I didn't notice it until I saw his line of view.

My eyes widened with horror.
And I quickly put hands at my side.

"Ahmmmm"

"Let's go I guess" I said again walked the other way.

Just as I was about to take another turn his voice came again.

"Wrong turn girl" amusement in his eyes.

"Lead the way then will you?!!!!" I said irritatingly.

He shook his head and  started walking ahead of me, his guards hot on his tail.

Here goes nothing.
