Ch 12

(Chan's Pov)

One hour earlier

Pacing the room as Seungcheol is talking with the police my phone suddenly goes off I quickly grabbing it only to see Adrian's contact. Eyes widening I quickly answer it saying hopefully. "Hello? Adrian?" It's quiet on the other end before I hear his voice calling out. "Um hello? I'm here like you asked." I frown when I hear shuffling and movement until I hear Adrian's shocked and horrified voice. "Liam?! What the hell?!" I immediately growl angrily and rush over to Seungcheol. "He has his phone on and he's with a guy named Liam Dune." Seungcheol relays the information to the police then goes quit for a second before giving a "alright thank you." He then turns to me. "They're going to have an officer come pick you up to take you to the station." I frown but nod and twenty minutes later an older man comes in. "Alright I need Chan to come with me." I step forward silently then follow him out to the car but just as we get in the car his radio goes off. "We have found the suspects whereabouts and need all possible officers." The officer in the drivers seat gives me a little look I immediately frowning and say anxiously. "Well you heard let's go help." The officer nods and drives us down to an old building where he tells me to stay outside I reluctantly agreeing. I watch all the police officers swarm the building Liam being tackled and I see Adrian being untied he standing up and stretching. I immediately rush over tackling him in a big hug and tell him how worried I was. We soon chat back and forth about how he's hurt when suddenly I'm pushed away to the side my eyes widening in horror as a bullet goes through Adrian's chest. I quickly move to catch him before he falls and hold him in my arms feeling heartbroken and upset. We argue a little about him taking the bullet but I immediately become horrified when I see him starting to slip away from me. Soon he's unconscious and I quickly scoop him up and rush him to an ambulance in panic. "Help him please he got shot!" The EMT quickly takes him from me and I'm offered to ride up front I quickly getting in. As we reach the hospital I rush after the bed Adrian's in feeling worried and scared I soon being stopped by a nurse that says I can't go any further. I go to protest but she just shakes her head. I sigh running a hand through my hair before calling up all the members for support. I wait for everyone to come and then wait a few hours before a doctor comes out he giving a curious look. "Um Adrian Rodriguez's family?" I quickly rush forward worried and panicked. "Is he okay?" The doctor gives a little smile. "It was touch and go for awhile and we almost lost him but he's a fighter and stayed with us. He's resting in a room right now." I immediately feel a little bit better and ask him to show me the room I following him quickly. Once we reach the room I rush inside and sit beside Adrian's bed immediately taking ahold of his hand. Feeling tears well up in my eyes I quickly wipe them away before saying a little softly. "Please wake up soon jagi." I kiss his hand before leaning back in the chair and slowly doze off.
