Epilogue

(Adrian's Pov)

Slowly waking up feeling sore and a sharp pain in my chest I let out a little groan trying to sit up wincing but am immediately gently pushed back down. "Take it easy jagi your wound is still healing." I slowly open my eyes and look at Chan he giving me a worried look. "How are you feeling?" I immediately make a face. "Good except for the pain in my chest." He immediately gives me a sympathetic look pressing the nurse call button. "Yeah you went under a pretty big surgery." Soon a nurse comes in she immediately giving me a kind smile before she changes out my IV pain med bags. I thank her then look back over at Chan when I suddenly look at all the cards, flowers and balloons with a curious look. "How long have I been out?" He grimaces a little. "About a week. You were really weak and needed to heal a little." I slowly nod then lean back against the bed with a sigh. "I just can't believe it was Liam who was sending those awful things." Chan gives me a sympathetic look. "I'm sorry." I shrug and murmur softly. "It's okay. At least he'll be in jail now." Chan nods in agreement and I yawn tiredly Chan's expression softening. "Sleep jagi you still need to heal." I let out a little sigh but reluctantly back down and carefully get comfortable before murmuring softly. "I love you Chan." It's quiet for a moment before he speaks up sounding shy. "I love you too." I smile happily and relax slowly dozing off.

(A few weeks later)

I'm finally being discharged from the hospital and I can't wait to get back to the dorm and relax. Getting all my things packed up as Chan hovers I can't help but roll my eyes. "Chan I'm fine I promise." He gives me a sheepish smile. "Sorry jagi I'm just worried." I sigh giving him a reassuring smile. "If I feel any pain or dizziness I'll immediately tell you I promise." He nods and we get all of our things before leaving the hospital heading over to a car we putting our things in the trunk then hop in I seeing Wonwoo. He immediately drives off and I look out the window getting out when we reach the dorm and go to get our things. I help drag one of the suitcases inside only to look confused when it's dark. Suddenly the lights turn on and everyone starts cheering yelling out. "Welcome home Adrian!" I immediately look at them wide eyed before smiling shyly. "Thank you everyone." Chan kisses my cheek and tells me that he's going to put our luggage away. I watch him leave then am immediately dragged over by Donovan and Levi. "So how are you feeling?" I give a little smile. "I feel good. Glad to be out of the hospital. Chan won't stop hovering though and I can't do anything strenuous for a while because of my stitches still healing." They give me sympathetic looks and Mingyu calls everyone for lunch and cake. I quickly make me and Chan a plate of food and sit down waiting for him. I'm soon joined by him and push his plate over he grinning at me lovingly. "Thanks jagi." I smile shyly and we start eating happily. Once we're finished Joshua suggests we have a game night so we all gather in the living room area to start the first game of the night which is charades. I lean back into the couch and snuggle into Chan's side laughing at everyone's ridiculous guesses and how much Hoshi is struggling. Smiling happily I lay my head on Chan's shoulder feeling happy and content to be surrounded by my mate, family and having an actual home. Sighing happily I slowly doze off my heart filled with love and happiness glad to be where I am today and that's home.
