They are now walking in the middle of a field. It was a sunny day and yet there's only bird sounds and their footsteps that could be heard. Tanjiro was looking around at the field while still walking next to his brother, then he looked at the box that was being carried by Yoriichi on his back.
"Nezuko, are you alright?" Tanjiro trying to talk to his sister. But there's no answer from her.
"Nezuko?" Tanjiro again tried to call his sister but only met by another silence.
"She needs her sleep, Tanjiro. Urokodaki already told us that she's recovering her strength by sleeping." Yoriichi said to Tanjiro as he continued his walk.
"Oh, right.. I forgot. Sorry, Nii-san" Tanjiro said to Yoriichi, as he looked at Yoriichi and recalled the time when Urokodaki said that to them.
"It's okay" Yoriichi replied. They were met by silence once again before Yoriichi heard Tanjiro start whispering something to the box behind Yoriichi.
"Nezuko, you get a lot of rest, okay? Niisan and I will protect you, no matter what" He whispered to her as he smiled at the box, Yoriichi only chuckled and shook his head at his brother's attitude.
"Nii-san, let's move a little faster so we can arrive sooner" Tanjiro said to Yoriichi.
"Alright then, sure you can follow my pace?" Yoriichi asked Tanjiro. Tanjiro then grinned widely at his brother's words.
"Hai!" Tanjiro said as they now move a little faster then before.
--------------------------------------------------------------The next hour, they arrived at a bridge. There were not many people passing by and when they looked down from the bridge they saw a harbor and some boats from the biggest to the smallest.
"Nii-san, could this be the town to the northwest?" Tanjiro asked while still looking at the harbor.
"I think so, let's move on" Yoriichi said and then they started to continue their walk.
The town was big and there's many people who lived there. All the rooftop color was blue like the sky above it. In the middle of a road there's a guy, his face was full of bruises and he was walking unsteadily. He's wearing a blue kimono and brown haori. He looked so lost.
"Oh, look, there's Kazumi" a person said as they saw Kazumi.
"Poor soul. He looked so haggard" another person said.
"Because he was with Satoko when she was taken"
Yoriichi and Tanjiro were walking in the town until they found Kazumi in a horrible state as he walked the opposite direction. Yoriichi and Tanjiro looked at him with sympathy before they continued their walk.
"Night after night....It's so creepy. It's so dreadful. When night falls, yet another young girl will be abducted!" The people from the town said as Yoriichi and Tanjiro listened to their conversation.
"Let's get back to that man" Yoriichi said to Tanjiro.
"Alright" Tanjiro replied as they started running back to Kazumi. Not for long, they meet Kazumi again.
"Excuse me, Kazumi-san?" Yoriichi said to Kazumi, then he started to turn around slowly while looking at them.
"If you don't mind, me and my brother here want to hear your story. Is that alright?" Yoriichi said to him.
--------------------------------------------------------------They were now on the street that was shown by Kazumi. Kazumi pointed at the spot where Satoko was gone.
"This is where Satoko vanished. You may not believe me.." Kazumi hopelessly said.
