"One! Two! Three!" exclaimed Jin with a smile on his face as he took a selfie with his two companions also posing for the photo.

They had spent two days in the hotel locked in by the heavy rains, they had returned to Seoul because it was impossible for them to travel to Jeju.

Minho was the one who was driving because Jungkook had woke up with a headache and Jin was still nervous about yesterday and could not concentrate on driving, every time Jungkook tried to bring up the subject of what happened that day Jin ran away and Jungkook could not follow him to get answers.

Minho parked the car in front of Jin's house who as soon as he got out of the car shouted his mom's name, the woman got out as soon as she heard her son call her name.

"Jungkook," exclaimed Areum approaching Jungkook, who received her in a hug and with a kiss on the lips both unaware that Jin was looking at them.

A look that could not be deciphered, because it could be said that he was annoyed but there was something else, something that Minho noticed, he thought that maybe he was imagining stupid things and he was getting paranoid because he was in love with Jin.

Jin smiled forcedly and entered the house, tired and sore he looked for his bed and closed his eyes trying to calm down, to stop the absurd beating of his heart but he didn't notice that Minho followed him but the good thing was that he didn't burst into tears as soon as he crossed the door and he still didn't trust Minho enough to confess him how he felt about his mother's boyfriend.

"You have a nice room Jin," Jin had shooed at the sound of that voice.

"Oh Minho it's you, I thought you had already gone home," Jin said "I'm tired Minho you could go back to your place,"

"I'll leave, but not before I ask you something."

"What is it," he asked listlessly.

"Would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow," Minho blushed at what he had just said and avoided Jin's gaze.

"Date as friends?" asked Jin.

"No, something to get to know each other more deeply," Minho affirmed.

Jin looked up in surprise, he couldn't believe that Lee Minho was asking him something like that.

"Why,"

"Don't ask Jin, I'll tell you later," Minho said nervously.

"I guess we can go out," Jin whispered suspiciously "I just hope it's not a joke on your part," he warned.

He didn't hear Minho leave nor did he hear him breathe so he thought he had already left, he lifted his head to confirm and felt shocked lips on his cheek and a mischievous laugh.

Minho had kissed him just like that and left.

"Jin honey how was the trip," his mother came over to ask.

The woman sat on the bed and Jin came closer placing his head on his mother's legs, while she caressed his head.

"It was good mom," he mumbled yawning to make his mother think he was sleepy.

"Go take a shower so you can change your clothes," she gave him a kiss on his forehead and left.

He was dressed in comfortable clothes waiting for Minho to tell him where the date he had asked for would be, his mother was the same way he assumed Jungkook had asked her out.

Everything was fine until he heard his mother speak worriedly.

"Oh yes, I'll be right there just give him the medicine, when he's there I'll talk to his family to start treatment as soon as possible," in a rush she was looking for her car keys.

"What's wrong mom," Jin asked worriedly.

"One of my patients," she replied "I don't have time to call Jungkook do it for me, tell him I'm sorry but our appointment will be another day," she left without waiting for an answer.

He thought about calling him but they never exchanged numbers so there was no choice but to wait for him to tell him what happened, he just hoped Jungkook would arrive before Minho told him about their appointment.

The door was opened seeing the man his eyes felt blessed and his heart was about to skip a beat.

Jungkook looked more handsome than the last time he saw him, biting his lip as he remembered what happened with his mom.

"Jin," Jungkook greeted "is your mother ready?"

"I'm sorry Jungkook but my mom can't, she got an emergency call from the hospital and left she asked me to spot you but I don't have your contact," it was horrible for Jin to see Jungkook's animated face change to a disappointed expression.

Jungkook sighed and said, "It was too good to be true, but I can't cancel the reservation."

"I'm sorry mom I was already ready for you,"

They both remained silent until Jungkook came up with an idea to ask Jin to be his date.

"Do you want to join me," Jungkook asked as he pouted his lips to wait for Jin's answer.

Jin thought of Minho but since it was Jungkook who asked him for the date and to make up for the bad time his mother put him through he agreed.
