y/n was sat down at the dinner table in ricky's big ass house, talking with his mom.

in her eyes, mrs. shen was an angel who was sent down to take care of her and her friends.

"do you have any plans later, dear?" mrs. shen asked as she took a sip of her tea. y/n nodded with a frown.

"yeah, I'm being forced to hang out with that seungeon guy again. don't get me wrong, hes fun to be with, but as a friend. I would very much prefer to just stay here and watch anime with quanrui all day." y/n sighed, looking down at her hands which were placed on the table.

"oh lord.. I hope you're doing okay. I know your mother is pretty strict with your interactions with seungeon and the yoo family." mrs. shen sympathized, taking hold of her hands.

y/n nodded, her frown much more evident now. "do you think I can come back tonight? I know I stayed here last night but I don't really want to go home.. I'll bring ollie too this time. I feel bad for him having to stay back there." y/n asked quietly, not wanting to burden the older woman.

"oh no, yeah. of course you and ollie can stay. you live here at this point and I see you as a daughter so you really don't have to ask. will you stay in quanrui's room or in your own?" mrs. shen agreed, shaking her head.

"I'm okay with any. thank you for letting us stay." y/n finally smiled, thanking her.

mrs. shen nodded. "alright, how about we talk about the arrangements later. how about we actually have something to eat before you go back home." she smiled, getting up from her seat to cook something for them all to eat.

"oh, and can you wake up quanrui for me? thanks, darling." the older woman called out before she walked into the kitchen. with this, y/n nodded and went up to said male's bedroom.

she entered the room and skipped to the bed, where he was still asleep.

"ricky~" she whispered into his ear, watching as he started to stir in his sleep.

"shen quanrui, my wonderful and lovely boyfriend~~" she whispered again, placing her hand on his cheek. she slightly moved his head so that it was now facing her.

"my amazing darling, my prince charming, my knight in shining armor, my beloved lovelicky, the love of my life~ it's time to wake up~" y/n whispered even more, poking the shit out of his cheek.

a smiled creeped up the "sleeping" ricky's face as he finally decided to "wake up." spoiler alert, hes been awake for the past five minutes.

"good morning, princess." he greeted, voice deep. y/n died inside. his morning voice was just so attractive. they've been together for a while so she should be used to this but every time, she still internally dies at the little things he does.

"it's time to get up, your mom's making breakfast." y/n smiled, giving him a kiss on the cheek before she left the room.

'I have to text ollie about staying here.' she remembered, pulling out her phone from her pants pocket.
