L/N Y/N ; THIRD PERSON ; YOO FAMILY'S HOUSE ; 1:00PM

since the wedding coming up, mrs. l/n was forcing y/n to hang out with the korean more.

the two were sat in their garden, at the little table they had outside.

"so... what're your thoughts on the wedding coming up?" seungeon asked, breaking the awkward silence that engulfed them.

"uh, kind of nervous? I dont feel like I'm ready, to be honest." y/n replied, glancing down at the engagement ring on her finger.

she doesn't usually wear it, of course. she put it on because of her mother and for the sake of putting up the "happy future daughter in law" role in front of the yoo family.

'I'm doing this for me and ollie. just until it's the right time.' she mentally sighed as seungeon held her hands in his.

"I'm don't feel ready either, but don't worry. we'll get through this." he smiled gently.

"yeah..." she whispered, biting thr inside of her cheek. suddenly, her phone went off. her ringtone was now the sound filling the silence.

"oh uh, sorry. I'll go take this, I'll be back." y/n said, standing up and picking up her phone as she glanced at the caller.

she walked far away, to the other side of the backyard. this seemed important and they wouldn't usually call when they knew that she was busy with something.

"hello? olls? what's up?" she asked, into the phone, her english slipping out.

"hello? I'm one of tianyue's teachers. are you his legal guardian?" the other person asked in mandarin, making y/n blink in confusion.

"you could say I'm his legal guardian, why? what's wrong?" she replied, starting to sound more panicked.

"please don't be too shocked, but we have bad news regarding tianyue and yujin..."

"what is it?! what happened to them?!" she panicked, pacing around back and forth.

"the two got into a fight with someone from their grade and they're being sent to the hospital right now. if you can, can you please come to shanghai general hospital as soon as possible."

"yeah okay, I'll be there right away. thank you for calling me." she completed before hanging up and running back to seungeon.

"hey seung, I'm so sorry but I really really need to go. an emergency just came up and I have to attend to it, right now. we can hang out another time, again I'm so sorry, seung." she rapped before speeding out.

she got into her own car and quickly made it to the hospital.

she ran through the front doors and ran towards the reception desk, cutting through the short line of people.

"hi, I really need to know where liu tianyue ans han yujin are, right now." she yelled.

"ma'am, can you please calm down? you just cut through the line. you'll also have to sign a few forms before you go see them." the receptionist sweat dropped, placing two clipboards on the desk in front of her.

"can you just tell me what room they're in? I'll fill them out after I can confirm that they're okay." y/n stressed, grabbing the clipboards in her hand, along with one of the pens that sat in the cup beside them.
