"Ugh- What are you doing here, Soot?" Quackity rolled his eyes as he lowered his cigarette, looking over at the infamous arsonist. "You know you're not allowed here."
Wilbur smiled smugly, "I have a deal to offer, and considering you ignore all my texts, this is the only way I can actually get your attention."
Quackity sighed, rolling his eyes. "You're lucky I'm in a good mood for once." He breathed in a draw of the cigarette before he slowly blew it out. "What's your proposition?" He questioned, looking over at Wilbur.
Wilbur smiled, "I'm allowed to hang around Las Nevadas, and you get whatever you want."
Quackity laughed.

Wilbur pouted slightly, "I'm being serious."
"Not even bringing up the vice president this time? I'm shocked." Quackity just laughed, rolling his eyes. "What the hell makes you think I'd take up a deal like that when all you do is harass me, my workers, and my citizens?" Quackity went serious, glaring at Wilbur.
Wilbur smiled, "You let me hang around after hours."
Quackity chuckled, making Wilbur smile more as he stepped closer. "I'm being serious, Quackity. You let me have my fun, and if I cause any issues, you can beat me up or whatever you'd like."
Quackity cocked his eyebrow up with a suspicious glare. "...Additionally, if you make a mess, break anything, or even hurt someone, you get put in jail with Dream where you belong."

Wilbur felt a little pressure with that, but he shrugged. "I don't see why not."
Quackity sighed, breathing in a puff of the cigarette before he blew it back out. "Fine. And what did you say I get in return?"
"Well, what do you want?" Wilbur's eyes softened slightly, smiling calmly.
Quackity blinked at him, unamused. Then, he looked away, thinking about it. 'The fuck can his poor ass even give me anyway? He barely even has money, let alone an actual home.' Quackity sighed, "Depends. What can you give?"
Wilbur perked up, "Why, I'm glad you asked." He smiled, suddenly pulling Quackity close, holding his hip with one hand, Quackity's hand in his other. "I can give you the time of your life, darling~" His smile turned into a smirk as he moved his hand up from his hip, and to his cheek, caressing Quackity's scar with his thumb. "What do you say, pretty?"

Quackity blushed strongly, he huffed, pulling away from Wilbur. "I am engaged, you idiot. Why the hell-"
"Oh, ducky... don't you know that I've noticed?" Quackity perked up at Wilbur's inquiry, looking at him with confusion. "You don't even wear the rings," Wilbur continued. "Even since a few months ago, you've stopped wearing the rings. Did you think I wouldn't notice?"
Quackity was taken aback, he grabbed the collar of his shirt, the place the rings used to hang from the necklace. He breathed out shakily, glancing away. "That is none of your business."
"You three must not be engaged anymore if you don't wear the rings.." Wilbur continued, stepping closer to Quackity. "I know you haven't been touched in a while, darling...~" He taunted, trailing his finger along Quackity's jaw. "Buuut, I suppose, it's up to you..." He smiled, removing his hand from Quackity's personal space.

Quackity looked at Wilbur with shaky eyes, glancing away. He glared at him, "...Clean up your act first and maybe I'll consider." He hissed, flicking away his cigarette butt. "Now get the hell out of my country." Quackity turned away, walking back home.
Wilbur hummed, smiling. "Good night to you too." He rolled his eyes as he walked back to his burger joint.

Wilbur perked up upon hearing the familiar ring of the bell at the front entrance, he raised an eyebrow. "Did you not see the sign? We are closed." He sighed, turning around to face whoever had walked through but perked up with surprise upon seeing none other than Quackity.
Quackity blinked at Wilbur, "Is that how you always talk to your customers?" He raised an eyebrow.
"...In my defense, it is after hours." Wilbur shrugged. "Fancy seeing you here despite it... I don't think I've ever seen you take a single step in here... except for the one time-"
Quackity glared at him, "Well, I was going to come and say that I've accepted your deal, but considering you brought that up-"
Wilbur perked up, "Hey- I at least apologized for it-"
"Doesn't give Ranboo a life back, though, does it? Or Tubbo's trauma."
Wilbur glanced away, "I know... I'm sorry."
