Chapter 39

After Eren's head was shot, his body started to dissolve and just then, the ground started to shake. 

A bolt of giant lightning shot from the sky, and the walls started to collapse, revealing the Colossal Titans in the walls. With the walls breaking down, Reiner noticed Gabi was about to be crushed by the piece of rock and yelled, "Gabi!"

They managed to dodge the rock in time as some of the Titans were hit and killed. Inside Wall Rose and Wall Sina, the citizens gasped as they see that the walls were dissolving, revealing the Titans.

"Mama! The walls!" "What is going on here?" "The Titans are coming out! Does that mean the Rumbling has started?"

The citizens were panicking at the sight of the walls collapsing, and back at Shiganshina, the Colossal Titans began their march, but six-seventh of the Titans started to change, and Falco asked, "What's going on here?"

"Look! The Titans!" Gloria pointed out, after the change, there were now War Hammer Titans, Armored Titans, Jaw Titans, Beast Titans with all kinds of animals, Mindless Titans, and Cart Titans with some stuff on their backs.

Those who were sent to the paths are all back in reality and Jean said, "What the hell is going on..."

"The Rumbling started!" Armin gasped. "And it was not just Colossal Titans... the six other forms of Titans were going to flatten the whole army!"

Zeke asked, "Guys, what happened? And where's Eren? Did he do the Rumbling already?"

When the others arrived, Hange said, "When Eren's head was off his body, that was when the Rumbling was starting. We tried so hard not to let Eren die... but in the end, it still happened and now the Rumbling has started. Eren's body was now with the queen, but when the Rumbling was complete, he would also die."

"Wait, what? Could you tell us more about it?" Louise asked.

Just then, all of them are transported to the paths once more, Connie said, "Hey! We just came out of here... why are we here again?"

"It seems like this time it is not just us..." Floch said as they notice all the Eldians.

"TO ALL SUBJECTS OF YMIR" Eren's voice started to ring. "MY NAME IS EREN YEAGER, AND I'M THE CURRENT KING OF ELDIA. I'M USING THE FOUNDING TITAN'S POWERS TO ADDRESS ALL SUBJECTS OF YMIR. I'VE UNDONE THE HARDENING OF PARADIS ISLAND'S WALLS AND THE TITANS BURIED WITHIN HAVE BEGUN THEIR MARCH.

MY GOAL IS TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE OF PARADIS ISLAND - THE PLACE I WAS BORN. HOWEVER, THE WORLD WANTS TO EXTERMINATE MY PEOPLE. AFTER HOW KING KARL FRITZ FABRICATED THE MARLEYAN HERO HELOS AND FLEE TO THE PARADIS ISLAND, HE USED THE FOUNDING TITAN'S POWERS TO WIPE OUR MEMORIES OF OUR PAST, AND AT THE SAME TIME, ALL OF THE NATIONS OUTSIDE HAVE BEEN SENDING IN YOU SUBJECTS OF YMIR, TURNING THEM INTO TITANS AND HAVING THEM WANDERING AROUND AND DEVOUR US. CHILDREN ON MY ISLAND ARE SHIVERING IN FEAR BECAUSE OF THE TITANS ARE GOING TO EAT THEM, SOLDIERS TRYING TO FIGHT THEM ARE KILLED BRUTALLY, AND THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT US FROM THE MONSTERS THAT YOU ALSO TERRIFIED ARE THE WALLS, BUT YOU ALSO DECIDE TO DESTROY IT AND LETTING THE TITANS IN, IT TAKES US A HUNDRED OF YEARS TO FINALLY GET RID OF THEM.

WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE OUTSIDE WORLD, AND THANKS TO THE MEMORIES OF THE FOUNDING TITAN AND THE WAR HAMMER TITAN, THE HISTORY THAT YOU LEARNED IS ALL FALSE AND FABRICATED BY THE OTHER NATIONS' GOVERNMENTS TO TORMENT YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU'RE INFERIOR. OUR ANCESTORS NEVER DID ANY BLOODSHED TOWARDS THE OTHER RACES OF PEOPLE FOR THEIR OWN GREED, THE OTHER RACES ARE THE ONES WHO ARE JEALOUS OF OUR POWER TO TURN INTO TITANS AND ATTACK FIRST. ALL WE WANT IS PEACE, THAT'S WHY WE'VE BEEN TRYING NEGOTIATIONS WITH YOUR NATIONS. ALL BUT HIZURU REFUSES TO NEGOTIATE WITH US, BUT THEY WOULD RATHER TEAM UP WITH MARLEY,  WHO USE YOU ELDIANS TO FIGHT ON WARS FOR THEM AND MAKE THE HATRED TO ELDIANS MORE. IF WE REALLY ARE DEVILS LIKE YOU CLAIMED, NONE OF THE NATIONS SHOULD HAVE EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE WON'T BE ANY MARLEY FOR 2000 YEARS, OR OTHER NATIONS SINCE ELDIA WOULD BE THE ONLY NATION STANDING EXCEPT FOR HIZURU.
