CHAPTER eighteen

" Enough, take pictures sitting down. You don't have to go out like that. " Phat
said in a gruff tone.

" I want to take a picture of the sky. " Miles answered softly, because he was
still ashamed to see the two foreigners.

"You're more stubborn than you think. "Phat said.

"Look at yourself, you're more stubborn than I am. " Miles said, but he didn't
take it too seriously and turned to continue taking pictures of the landscape
beside the road.

Phat sat silently looking into Miles' face.The train stops at stations periodically, Miles is always watching with
interest.

"How many hours does it take?" Miles asked Phat.

"It's been over 2 hours. Once we reach the waterfall station, we will go a little
further."  Phat replied.

Miles nodded in acknowledgment before tuning to look outside again.
The wind coming, blowing Miles' hair.

"Can I tie your hair for you?" Phat asked.

Miles turned to look at Phat before nodding. Phat then took a rubber band
out of his backpack.

"Did you carry a hair tie?" Miles asked in surprise.

"I brought it with me. In case you're upset, I can tie it up. " Phat replied in a
normal tone.

This left Miles a little stunned.

" Turn around. "  Phat said and Miles moved to sit on his back.

Phat gently grabbed Miles' hair. When Phat's long fingers touched the back
of his neck to collect his hair, Miles felt his face flush.

"So, are you done?" Miles asked back.

" In a moment, the wind is blowing. " Phat said.

"  Ready."   Phat said again,
when he tied the hair for Miles.

"  Hum thanks. " Miles said and Phat just nodded.

The two were silent the whole way.
Miles likes to take pictures, Phat just sits there and thinks to himself.

"Why are you so quiet? " Miles asked, making Phat come out of his reverie.

'Nothing...just thinking about it.!" Phat replied.

"Tomorrow, we're going back to Bangkok. " Miles said softly.

"Hmm.." Phat replied in his throat.

" It's a pity, I couldn't travel much. Next time I must book a hotel. " Miles said
casually.

Since Miles often travels alone and if there's no really urgent work, he can
travel as he pleases.

"No need, you can stay with me.Why are you staying in a hotel alone? " Phat
asked.

" Why not? Before, when I went on vacation, I always traveled alone, slept
alone and ate alone. " Miles said back, making Phat think.

"And you never brought your boys with you?"  Phat asked again.

" No... "  Miles replied in a low voice.

By the way, Miles never thought of taking anyone seriously.

Slap!
Phat looked at Miles' expressionless face, before raising his palm to lightly
tap Miles' forehead.

"Sometimes you think too much."  Phat said, with a slight smile.

Miles looked at Phat in disbelief.

"Can't I not say anything? Do you know what I thought? " Miles asked back.
