despite urging you to hurry up, heizou was the one running late.

you stood by the cafeteria entrance with your arms crossed and your brows furrowed. the audacity of this man.

even the rest of the student council members had gathered at their usual sitting spot by now.

eventually quiet steps could be heard from behind, prompting you to take a look. and there he was, standing there without a care in the world.

"hey," heizou greeted briefly. and as you opened your mouth to answer back, he turned around and gestured for you to follow, "come on. sango should be in her club room."

you closed your mouth and inhaled, patiently following behind him.

a moment had passed when you spoke again. "what the hell took you so long anyway?"

heizou responded back fast, "had something to do first."

it wasn't much of an answer yet you simply shrugged it off, not bothering to inquire any further.

the two of you eventually arrived at the designated room, where sango was apparently supposed to be.

upon entering, you were met with two unfamiliar faces. one was a lady with her hair tied up, while the other was a man.

they both simultaneously turned their heads towards you and heizou. the lady's face visibly dulled. she already looked annoyed.
