X Eleven X

Ava knew how she was torn. She was torn about what to do with Tom. She knew how he was trying his hardest. She knew she was grateful that he was trying. But she didn't know if she could forgive him.

She felt like it was all getting too much. She wanted to be happy. But she had to make sure it was going to be different.

She knew that Tom had hurt her in the past. But she had to make sure that it was going to work out. Despite the complicated situation she were in.

Ava felt as though Tom was trying too hard. She knew how she appreciated the effort. She was thankful for it. But she wanted to know if she did take him back, then it would all be okay.

She wasn't too sure. Especially as she had been hurt by him in the past. She had to somehow make sure that it was going to be worth it.

All she knew was that she needed to truly think about weather or not she could truly forgive Tom for all the hurt.

Morning came all too quickly for her. She found herself lying in bed. She sighed and replied to a text from tom.

She got out of bed and had a quick shower. She was overthinking. She needed to get Tom off her mind. She just didn't know how.

Ava walked into work. She saw Leigh there and smiled. "Hey. How's it going?" She asked as she handed autumn to her best friend.

Ava held her close and grinned. "I'm okay. I just... I don't know weather or not I can forgive Tom. I don't know if I can. My head is a mess about it. I love him. I just don't know if I can do it again."

Leigh nodded. She smiled. "I get that. You just have to think about weather or not you can actually give him the second chance. I know all you've been through with him. I know he's hurt you. Not physically. But emotionally. And I want you to think hard about what you truly want," she said.

Ava knew how Leigh was right. But she just didn't know how to feel about it. She wanted to give him that second chance. But it wasn't easy.

Ava smiled as she looked to see Tom as he walked in. She looked to him. "Hey. You okay?" He asked.

Ava nodded and smiled. "Yeah. I'm fantastic. Listen. If I do this... if I give you a second chance, you can't hurt me again. My heart can't take it if you did," she said as she looked to him.

Tom took her hand and smiled. "Listen. I know it's not easy. I know I've hurt you in the past. And I feel ever so bad for it. But I want to make it right."

Ava could see the look on his face. She knew he was serious about wanting to give things another go. But could Ava truly forgive Tom for all the hurt he had caused?
