"damn, you said all that?! how long have you've been wanting to say that?" soul questions as (y/n) had just finished telling him everything that went down.
"what do you mean? i don't think i've be-"
"you've obviously been wanting to say all that if you said it without thinking. if you didn't then you wouldn't have said.. not even on accident." soul explains as (y/n) looked at him through the small screen, noticing his hair was out of his eyes. he looks cute.
"i mean thats how i see things. if i need to say something but can't then i say it without realizing sometimes or... i'm just straight up honest." soul sighs, looking at the girl on his screen.
"mmm then why do feel like such a dick?" the girl pretty much yelled into a pillow near by, soul laughed.
"i don't know, maybe it's because you feel bad you hid all that anger instead of talking about it to him, or maybe because you guys are so close." soul suggested, he heard a soft chuckle on the other end of the call.
"i guess so.. why are you so good at- i don't know talking, er comforting i guess." she questioned huffing, "i feel better talking with you."
"what can i say, i'm just good at everything." soul boasted his ego while smirking.
"yeah right. don't let my compliment get to your big ego!" she exclaimed and soul just laughed.
the two continued to talk about other things, and as soul was talking he noticed that his crush had ended up falling asleep. he softly smiled feeling good about being able to cheer her up a least a little bit.
