The siege continues as the golden order of the empire begins to take lands belonging to the Vlad. With the main vampire army behind the walls of the besieged castle, this causes many issues.
However Vlad is not stupid, an all out attack could mean he will lose the war. But if he doesn't break out of the siege everything will be taken.
Y/n's forces stand firm and cleanse the land around them with the help of priests that join them from the empire.
This make besieging the castle much easier.
Vlad has no other choice now but to go forth and try to break the siege. The gates to the castle open and the attackers are caught by surprise as zombies pour out and begin to charge.
Y/n gets his troops into formations as the caravan defenses become operational.
The fighting begin as formations break out into all out warfare.
Y/n attempts to get his troops back into formations as Vlad sends out more and more troops to join the battle. Then he and Isabella join the fight.
Vlad approaches Y/n who slices down some of the crypt guards.
Vlad: Y/n Franz. Son of the current emperor. A foolish move to come here.
Y/n: You declared war, this is what you deserve.
Vlad: And after you are dead, I will turn you into a loyal slave!
Vlad charges at Y/n who blocks the first strike and backs up. Vlad and Y/n begin to trade strikes, both warriors failing to injure the other.
Meanwhile Y/n's officers manage to get the army back into formations and the battle turns into Y/n's favor.
Y/n and Vlad slash at each other over and over, no matter what either of them do the other has a counter.
But as Vlad begins to get frustrated, suddenly Y/n is stabbed from behind by Isabella. Y/n sees the sword pierce his stomach and exit as he falls down holding his wound.
Isabella laughs as she walks next to Vlad. Vlad smirks and begins to walk towards Y/n while raising his sword.
Y/n looked up and was ready to accept his demise, but he suddenly heard the sound of thundering hooves.
Y/n sees a figure lunge over him towards the vampire couple. Vlad and Isabella back up as a beastman with dual axes stands before them.
Y/n immediately recognized him as the gor that he saved.
The beastman looks at Vlad and Isabella, the two charge towards him and the beastman blocks both the incoming strikes and pushes them away with pure force.
The two continue to attempt to battle against the huge gor. But they seem to be outclassed completely.
The gor continues to dominate the fight as Wallo and some greatswords rush to Y/n.
Wallo: Y/n, are you alright?!
Y/n: Nothing that won't heal. Look!
Wallo sees the beastman fighting the two master vampires.
Wallo: Is that? Impossible!
The beastman continues to block and slash at his enemies as the two continue to fight and get frustrated.
Suddenly the beastman knocks Vlad away with a kick and with a headbutt, pierces Isabella with his horns, he lifts Isabella into the air as she screams in pain. He then charges and slams her into a nearby tree, killing her upon impact.
The beastman then tosses her aside with one head motion.
Vlad: NO! YOU BASTARDS! I'LL KILL ALL OF YOU!
Vlad acted out of rage and went to charge again, but the same cloaked figure that saved Queek appeared in front of Vlad and opened a portal. The charging Vlad unknowingly ran into the portal and disappeared. The figure followed and then the portal closed.
Wallo: Him again.
The beastman approached Y/n. Y/n managed to stand to meet his savior.
Y/n: Do you have a name, friend?
Beastman: Kilgaz.
Y/n: Well then, tell me. Have you forsaken your gods?
Kilgaz: I forsaken them long ago, when I learned the truth.
Y/n: And that was?
Kilgaz: That in order for our people to survive, the chaos gods must die.
Wallo: Sounds good to me.
Y/n: Well. I welcome you into my ranks, if you wish to join us.
Kilgaz: I will join.
Y/n: It's settled then! But first we have a battle to win!
Y/n's forces win the battle and Sylvania is back into empire hands. But Vlad is still out there somewhere, and he is very unhappy.
With the south of the empire secured, Y/n will go north into Kislev. He heard that they need help with warriors of chaos that march alongside the normal norscan hordes that they battle.
The journey is long from over and there are more friends to be made. It is only a matter of time before Y/n can achieve his goal. But it won't be easy by a long shot.
