I raise a hand to shield my eyes from the sun, squinting as I take in my surroundings. How did I even get here? I glance down and my heart skips when I notice Lev's head resting in my lap. He's fast asleep, and unfairly beautiful like a perfect mix of a good angel and a fallen angel.

His eyebrows are thick, straight, and somehow still perfectly shaped. I know they're plucked, and thats what makes it even better, he genuinely takes care of himself. Don't get me started on his eyelashes, they are longer than my life; they could be an umbrella for sand.

His freckles seem deliberately arranged by God himself, and his cheeks are like mochi, soft and smooth, with just the faintest pink flush from the sun. If God has favourites, I'm pretty sure Lev is at the top of the list.

My eyes drop to his lips, theyre neither too full nor too thin, softly pink, naturally pouty. I want to touch it. I have a massive urge to just trace his face. I extend my hand close to his face but retract it as he stirs a bit. His eyes flutter open, squinting at the light. Then slowly, he sits up. Is this considered cheating since he has a fiancée?

"You alright?" His voice comes out low, groggy. As he raks a hand through his messy hair. I nod, a little too focused on the fact that his shirt is gone

"Your shirt?" He glances down, grabs it from the corner of the couch without a word. I can't help but admire his scattered tattoos, there are so many I've lost count like 50 times already.

Still doesn't stop me from admiring how perfect his body is, how many times does he work out in a week? His body looks like it was carved from marble. I look back up and clear my throat as we make eye contact.

"Done?" he asks flatly, gesturing to himself.

"Yeah," never

"I'm leaving today," he adds, like it's just weather. "They need me at work." thats sad. Why am I even up this early? He stares at me for a few minutes and stands. Before I can stop him, he pulls me to my feet, steadying me so I don't collapse back into the couch. So we're holding each other now?
