📍Y/n's house

3rd person POV

"You won't believe that I had to call up Younghoon hyung to help me dispose of that body" Changmin said as he sighed and took off the rubber gloves along with a grumpy Younghoon which they used while disposing of the dead body of the man who tried to hurt Y/n.

"What?"

"Yeah" Younghoon responded as he ascended upstairs continuing, "He was heavy and smelled like cow dunk"

"Gosh" murmured Chanhee. "Good thing I wasn't called to help them"

"It's not like you'll be able to lift the body though-" Eric joked and quickly ran away before Chanhee could hit him with the nearest object in his sight.

"Where's Juyeon and Y/n?" Sunwoo questioned, narrowing his eyes as he didn't see the couple.

"I guess, inside Y/n's room" Sangyeon replied and stood up. "I'll go and check on them"

Juyeon POV

"Does it hurts?"

I asked the love of my life when she hissed as soon as the ointment touched the fresh wound on her beautiful face. After the incident, Y/n went to take a wash and now, I'm treating her wound.

"Just a bit" She smiled softly at me despite the pain she was feeling which made me feel guilty even more.

"There you go" I covered the wound with a plaster- Well... A Doraemon plaster to be specific which Sunwoo had bought a box of them when they were coming over here. "You should sleep now"

"But babe~ I'm not sleepy" she protested as she sat on my lap and hugged me. I held her tightly preventing both of us from falling on the bed or the floor. She then buried her face in the crook of my neck, looking at me with her big doe eyes which made my heart melt.

"No buts. You should sleep" I said as I ran my hand up and down her back while my other turned the light dim with the dimmer device.

"I can't" she grumbled as I sighed.

"Love-"

"No"

"Y/n..."

"Fine" she huffed, getting off of my lap. Lying on her bed, she snuggled the blanket, pulling it over her head.

I chuckled at her antics and pulled down the blanket up to her chest and kissed her forehead, "Gunnight love" I said and turned around to leave, but what she said made me stop dead in my tracks.

"I love you Juyeon"
We do exchange "I love you"s at times, but I did not expect her to say this out of the blue.
She loves me so much but I couldn't protect her at all...

I felt myself tearing up and turned around to look at her who just looked at me with her pretty smile, "I love you too my sunshine" I too smiled at her and quickly left the room before she could see the tears in my eyes.

Sangyeon POV

Just as I came upstairs, I saw Juyeon coming out of Y/n's room and closing the door behind him. The boy looks so tired, even his eyes are kind of red and he seems so down.
I guess, it's time for me to console the "I'm so disappointed with myself" Juyeon... But first of all, I should know the exact reason for him to be this down.
