« Sahyung, tell us a story please ! »

Yong Jong was embarrassed

« I has had an idea but it's too low compared to the story of Sago... »

Chung Myung chuckled

« Relax, the story of Dong Ryong was not good neither. It's no need to feel ashamed. »

Saying it, he avoided a stone someone thrown him with a feeling apparently close to hate.

"Sahyung, please..."

Tang Soso was extremely skilled when it comes to smile and highlight her beautiful eyes... And it was precisely the weakness of Yong Jong

"O-okay... I'll do it !"

"Thanks you, Sahyung!"

His cheeks were bright red

"It is a story the sect leader told me when I was a kid, I'll try to remember it in the proper way...."

He took a deep breath

"Once upon a time, on the submit of a mountain covered with plump trees...used to be the greatest sword sect in the world. All along the realm, everyone knew : the greatest and more vertuous master come from that mount which turn red every spring."

The disciples' eyes shone at the evocation of their lost history, at the decayed glory the were trying to restore with every step...

But Chung Myung couldn't think about it... He remembered this era when wearing the plump blossom uniform was enough for any girl to jump in your arms and for any official and lord to bow to you... They even had problems with people pretending to be from mount Hua...

"But the golden age of that sect truly began when a new born child was abandoned before the gate of the clan"

'Aaaahhhh !!! Not this one, Sahyung, please!!! Damn it, I thought this kids knew nothing about me !'

Chung Myung was pretty ashamed by this part of his life. Why ? Who would bother to climb a steep mountain to abandon their child ? Some backstreet would perfectly do the job... So, as soon as he stared to be recognized, fear grew in his heart. He was afraid someone could come back from the shadow telling :

'I'm the father of the master of the blossoming blade! This great person is my son, so I'm great too ! I was sure mount Hua would rise a great warrior out of my son !'

There was only one person he considered as his father, and he knew how broken the heart of his Sahyung Jang Mun would be if he was suddenly pushed away by a stranger. And I'll would cause trouble to the entire sect... He was twenty, and he was prying for his blood family to be dead...

Thinking back about it, it was awful, but Chung Myung felt an eerie feeling rising from the bottom of his heart as the evocation of it...

"The martial artists of the sect rised the child with great care and gave him a sect name which would be his only one. It soon appeared, despite his young age, he was very smart and strong."

-How...how could he ran away again?!? I only left him for one minute!!!

-He figured how to open the window... what a thoughtful kid...

-And strong! How could a toddler push the chair to the window..? It's pretty heavy...

-Stop talking nosense ! We have to find him before he causes any trouble!

"And soon he started his training hundred his Sahyung, who was himself very skilled and known to be vertuous. But the child's boundless potential was so high the rapidly became stronger than everyone, even the elders of the clan couldn't deal with his tremendous force."

-Sahyung!!! Why does this flock of old coots rules us ?!?! They can't even handle a second grade disciple !!!

-Shut it right now you jerk! Or I will wash your mouth with soap !

"And, as he became stronger and stronger, he also wondered how was the world which he only saw from the sudmit of the mountains he used to live in. As he walked down the path to his sect, he abandoned the simple life of a martial artist pursuing the tao, far from the world. And he welcomed the life of the hero."

It was true. When he was twenty two he ran away and had a cool trip... before the sect leader of Wudang caught him and dragged him by the nec skin back to mount Hua. He got locked in a cave for months... He never did something that reckless again.

"But the peaceful day were over. The demonic sects, under the bloody lead of the Heavenly Demon, started to grow more and more powerful. They were spreading fear and terror across the land, stealing, killing and doing all king of atrocities. And it was virtuous sects' duty to stop them."

Duty, duty, always duty... First at all Chung Myung didn't throw himself in the war against evil sects because of any moral issues... He did that for the challenge, to prove he was the best...

"The great master, deeply revolted by the crimes of the evil sects, courageously fought against them. His strength and righteousness ended up making him one of the three best swordmen in the world, and the most respected military leader of the great martial art alliance."

The most respected..? It was more like the 'most feared'...

"Fighting without rest, and leading des forces of righteousness, he gradually pushed over the demonic sects !"

We did... But how much did it costed..? Tang Bo, Sahyung, Saje... Does this fight really worst your sacrifice..?

"But the worse obstacle was still standing. The Heavenly Demon, the leader of the demonic sects, had to be defeated to definitively get rid of the treat."

The disciples of mount hua were entirely focused of the story, looking at Yong Jong with bright eyes. So, no one noticed Chung Myung holding his head with both hands...

"And it was then, the final battle. The entire real, the entire murin, they all gathered to fight him. And there, at the top of the hundred thousand mountains, the fight took place. An awful bloodshed, were everyone died...The last ones standing on this mountain of corpses were the heavenly demon and the Master of the Blossoming Blade. And with his last breath, he beheaded the worse enemy this world has ever known."The disciples were looking gloomy. They were proud, but also sad, for their ancestors dead in this battle...and because they knew what it comes then. The destruction, the fall of the sect, the abandonment of the murim despite their sacrifice...

"I didn't know this story..."

Yong Jong had a bitter smile

"The sect leader has told me this one only once. It was when I was little... I had a nightmare, and he told me to not worry anymore, because our powerful ancestors would take care of us. Actually, I remember it because the sect leader was so moved..."

"What a beautiful story Sahyung!!!"

Tang Soso felt amazed , and proud ! She was truly a disciples of mount Hua since she heard this story with as much emotion as if she was the daughter of the Master of the Blossoming Blade hearing about her father's life.

"True. Thank you very much did this story, Sajil."

"Thank you Sahyung!"

"Thank you."

"Chung Myung, you brat ! You should thanks our Sahyung too !"

But he was nowhere to be seen. He has simply vanished in the night, like the bloody ghost he was...
