When Jack looked back he saw that all the eggs were crushed and that the Warren was a mess. He had to find the other guardians but he didn't know where they were. Jack there you are. Onyx's sisters came running up to him. Where's Onyx? Nightshade took the lead.

Back there. He turned back to the wall. Jack what happened? She placed a hand on his shoulder while he put a hand on the now grassy mountain esc wall. I said one last final goodbye to the girl I love. I love her and we can't even touch. She's mortal she's human.

And I'm just me. I will live forever she will grow up and forget me forget us. Have a family of her own and this will all just be a distant dream to her. She will deny what has happened. Be in denial. It will hurt for a while both of us. But what kind of relationship could we had had anyways?

She deserves better than me. Someone who can love her and cherish her and hold her. Someone who isn't afraid to go after what he wants. I should've been here with the other guardians. Instead I said goodbye to her she took her ring off. He can get to her now.

Onyx followed me back to the lair we were gonna help free the fairies but I heard voices call out to me. I followed them. Onyx warned me from the beginning it was a trap. We tried to protect each other from your dad but it was in vain. Pitch was saying what we were both afraid of.

And the next thing I know I fall down a dark hole and Onyx is first in nightmare form and then wolf form as they both back me up into a corner. I tried to get through to him tried to make him fight it. But Pitch had this smirk on his face. There was nothing I could do.

All I could see was my reflection in his eyes and something evil. It wasn't the Onyx I know and care about. That I've been friends with for as long as I can remember. This Onyx was a shell of who he was. And had turned into something he didn't want to be.

Onyx said that what's he feared most being like him. But he was right about me. Look at this place look at this mess. That wasn't your fault. We were here we saw it happen we were trying to help the guardians to be honest we're surprised they let us try to help.

But nothing made it to the surface. Where are they? They're gone Jack they went to England. Bunny tried to salvage some make a couple new ones but I don't think it will be enough she shakes her head. I have to talk to them. Without Baby Tooth? She *gasped* in shock.

Do you know what they'll do to you? I have to try. I can't let Pitch win. He's already made it this far. I couldn't get through to Onyx but maybe I can get through to the others. But Jack you're not a guardian you're not part of their inner circle. I know he frowns. But like I said I have to try.

When they found them they stayed aways away. They were unseen so far. Bunny was trying to talk some kids. But they weren't listening they were looking for eggs but not finding any he tried to offer him some he just made but they stopped believing in him as his ears drooped.

That's when they saw Jack. Where were you Jack?! North started. The nightmares came they crushed all the eggs and every basket nothing made it to the surface. I uh.... He started but he couldn't finish his sentence. They were there helping us when you should've been.

Tooth saw he had our memory tooth boxes. She asked him where he got them and wanted to know where Baby Tooth was. And when he couldn't answer her she put a hand to her mouth in disappointment. Jack what have you done? She asked. That's why you were not here?!

North scolded him. You were with Pitch?! No no just listen. He tried to tell them what really happened and then he said he was sorry that he never wanted this to happen. He has to go. Bunny said. What?! The 3 of them asked in disappointment. We never should've trusted you!

And I'm still not sure if we should be trusting any of the 3 of you either you are his children after all. Any one of you could turn on us and become like him! He raised his hand like he was gonna hurt Jack but he just stood there and took didn't even show fear.

Easter is about new beginnings new life new hope and it's all gone now. They all turned away from him in disappointment. Jack dropped the North little wooden baby into the grass in disappointment. Pitch was right and so were they. Fine we don't need them Jack.

Nightshade started. You and me and Poison we'll talk some sense into Onyx and he'll join us. No Jack shakes his head. They were right about me. They dodged a bullet I'm not part of their inner circle you were right why did I think they would ever listen to me to hear me out?!

Nightshade take this for me. He took his ring off. Keep it safe for me. Where are you going? IDK away going home going somewhere anywhere away from here away from the people I care about so that I can't hurt anyone. That's it you're just giving up?! They asked him in worry.

I may not be the bad guy but I'm obviously not one of the good guys either. He gestured after the guardians. I'm unseen unbelieved in everyone goes through me and I'm all alone. I don't save the day or fly into the sunset and I don't get the girl.

You've seen one too many movies. What? Nothing never mind not time or place. But Jack please don't go. They begged him. I'm sorry but I can't help you. Not you or the guardians or Farrah or the kids. And why did I ever think I could?! You've done it before.
