coffee shop

I walked to the local coffee shop that I worked at.

it was okay paying and it was fun to do with all my coworkers.

I really liked doing it because it paid enough for rent but at the same time I get to work with one of my best friends.

I walked into the little shop smelling the baked goods and walking into the back.

when I got to the correct spot I put my bag down and put my apron on.

I then tied my hair up even though I only really did the register if we were really busy I had to serve people too.

I walked to the register as someone saw me and walked off to go help with the drinks.

I was probably the best one there at customer service since I had a lot of patience and could handle most customers. (couldnt be me 💔)

"hi how may I help you today?" I ask as this one man comes up.

"could I have a coffee and a bagel?" he asks looking up at the menu for a second then looking back at me.

"coming right up!" I say as I go back into the kitchen.

I make his bagel while someone else makes his coffee and I walk back over to him with both items.

"that will be 5.79" I say as he looks through his wallet and pull out a ten dollar bill.

"and here is your change have a good day" I say smiling and getting a good look of his face.

I see that he is a usual person that comes into the shop.

I take his order most of the time and recognize his accent and facial features.

I tap on the counter waiting for another person to walk in when that man comes back up to me.

"call me" he says then walks off after putting a piece of paper onto the counter I was standing in front of.

I smile and look at the back of the paper.

I see a phone number and stuff it into my pocket biting my lip trying to hold the biggest smile from coming onto my face.

HII THIS KINDA SUCKS
