IT HAD BEEN a few days later and Hayun had forgotten all about that stupid kiss with Minho, well that's what she kept telling herself.
Kitty had moved in the next day and it was nice to have someone in her room again, Hayun hated being alone. It also helped that Kitty's presence brought a constant smile to her face, she forgot all about Minhoe and everything else when Kitty was there.
They studied together after school with soft music in the background, held sleepovers in the lounge room and watched movies together - mainly American rom-com that Kitty always wanted to rewatch. Hayun had seen '10 things I hate about you' more than she had in her whole life and wished Kitty could be more subtle about her obvious matchmaking skills.
Hayun had been avoiding Minho and it was easy to do so since her mum hadn't bugged her for more photos and called her squealing about how cute they were and sent her photos of the scrapbook Dami and her made. Hayun was sure they were organizing the wedding already and it made Hayun smile seeing them so excited but she just wished it was something else that made them smile and not a lie.
Hayun was sitting on the couch reading Pride and Prejudice when Kitty came through the door.
"Hey, how was movie night with Q?" Hayun asked her roommate who sunk into the couch and Hayun moved her legs and swung them over Kitty's lap.
"He's having a binge party and he's inviting Florian so hopefully they can get closer," Kitty told her proudly and Hayun laughed as she placed the book down facing her.
"Also you're coming on tomorrow's hike with me!" Kitty told her with a beaming smile patting her legs.
Hayun groaned, sinking onto the couch she hated hiking, "Noooo way," she told her, moving away from Kitty's sad eyes.
"Please! Dae is going to be there and I really need to talk to him," Kitty pleaded, grabbing Hayun's shoulders and shaking them.
"Ughhhh...fine! I hate you," she joked with a laugh pushing Kitty off her and Kitty hit the couch with a giggle.
"You love me!" Kitty told her, wiggling her eyebrows and Hayun just smiled not replying.
THE NEXT MORNING Kitty and Hayun changed into workout clothes and met up with Q at the outdoors club, surprisingly there were a few people, more than Hayun thought there would be.
Q looked around with a smile and started talking, "all right, people, welcome to KISS's Outdoors Club. First rule of Outdoors Club: please talk about Outdoors Club. That would be very helpful because we did lose a few members this summer. All right, let's get started with some stretches."
