Nico's Reaction

Nico's heart hurts when he sees his brother like this, right now Reiner expression in pain and anger and sadness. Nico wanted to help him so badly, but he didn't know how. He's quite angry with the gods because they make his brother like this, but he's more angry with himself because he couldn't help him.

"Nico, what if I can make your wish come true?"

Nico looked up and saw Reiner dark blue eyes shone in determination

"What if I can make you and Bianca happy?"

"Reiner? Will you?" Nico said hopefully.

He hoped if he finally was happy with Bianca, Reiner would never leave them and stay with them forever. He hoped if Reiner granted his wish, he would never be sad and he would be able to help and make Reiner happy too.

"I don't want to lose you too Nico" Reiner buried his head into Nico's head "I already lost somebody important to me once, and I'm not going to lose you again. I'm not going to let you go"

"But, that's just my selfish desire" he continued "There will be hardship ahead of you Nico, but remember. I will always be with you, in your heart. So, keep going forward and always smiling" Reiner kissed the top of Nico head "I will forge the road for you"

Nico's heart sank when he heard that, he had a bad feeling that Reiner will be gone, not like his sister. But, for forever. He quickly tightened his hug around his brother, he didn't want to lose him, he didn't want him gone. His world is the man in front of him, his only and one big brother. He thought he would lose everything after Biacan left him, but Reiner helped him pick up the pieces and helped him move forwards. Nico needs him. Nico needs Reiner.

"I promise you" Reiner whispered "I will protect your smile and your laugh" he then continued "I will make the world a better place for you and your sister, so you can live happily. I will created a better world just for you"
