"One of these universities opens the special test for the outstanding high school athletes. You might even receive a scholarship too, only if you show your best performance on your entrance test day." The words her counselor told her days ago kept on replaying in Sam's head, a win-win solution for her who loved basketball very much without breaking the promise she made with her father.
Should I do it? Sam asked herself, standing in front of the Sport Center of Bangkok University, while holding the paper. She had been standing there for more than 30 minutes, deciding whether to just come in or go, since she was already late. The selection started an hour ago and should be finished by now. I'm late, let's just go home, Sam.
When Sam turned her feet to go away, a hand held her shoulder, preventing her from doing it. "Are you Samanun Anuntrakul?" the person who holds her shoulder asked Sam.

Song was sitting there along with the basketball coaches and main players of Bangkok University Basketball Team on the first row of the tribune. They were seeing their prospective juniors that came to participate in the entrance test to be able to enter the university without writing tests. So far, the most talented player they had observed was Tee. Her performance was better than other candidates. Based on what the coaches wrote, things that she lacked were her stamina and her accuracy.
"Woah! I don't know if a girl with her height could do that dunk!" Nam said with her admiration.
Lux shook her head, looking unsatisfied, "We don't really need that aesthetically dunk, since we have Mind already." Lux said.
Mind nodded her head, "For now, we are lacking someone with accuracy, beside Nam, and this girl is not the person" Mind let out her opinion.
"I agree with you," Song said, the oldest of the group. "Tee might be good with her two point shoots, rebound, and lay-up. However, her feet are not strong enough after she took a high jump. She might need to improve both her footwork and her dribbling skills." Song finished explaining. "Not to mention also her stamina.. look, she just played for minutes but she looks like she had 5 kilometers runs," Song added.
"Ahh~" The other three were nodding their heads in unison, showing their agreement to what Song had said.
"But, don't you think we should accept her? Can you see, there were many girls here enchanted with Tee's charm. I am one of them, by the way" Nam said, holding her chest, smiling foolishly.
Song smiled, knowing well that Nam saw what she saw too. "Yes, you are right. Instead of only focusing on developing our team with talented players, we should also have charming players that could attract many sponsorship to our team" Song paused, "I hope our coaches have the same point of view with us"
While they were still talking about Tee and other candidates, a coach nudged Song's arm. "Song, could you do me a favor?" The coach said.
Song stood up quickly and stood up to walk to the coach. "Yes, Sir. What can I do to help you?" Song said.
The coach handed her a paper, "Could you call this person? We waited for her hours ago but she still has not shown up yet. She might be confused about finding this building" The coach instructed her.
Song accepted the paper then nodded her head, "You can count on me, Sir" Song said.
After the coach left her to go back observing the candidates, Song went out of the building to call this person. She could not do it inside the building since people were too loud. When she arrived at the entrance door, she took her phone and inputted the number one by one. Samanun Anuntrakul, hm? What a unique name she got, Song said inside her heart. She then looked at Sam's picture. She looks cool and sweet at the same time, Song rubbed the picture, unconsciously. Oops, I almost forgot what he asked me to do, lol, Song chuckled, feeling ashamed with herself after doing that.
