Scene 15 - Swimming Lessons with the Merman I
Princess Lucia has been a mermaid for two days.
The princess hasn't forget about the spell by the white witches.
If she wants to be human again before her time is up, the princess will be patient.
Lucia wasn't going to let a merman kiss the princess.
Lucien puts Lucia down on the sand floor.
The pink mermaid didn't lose sight of the cerulean merman.
She knew Lucien saved her life.
While the princess considers for giving him a thank you gift, the cerulean merman goes behind her.
He was confident.
Lucien: Take my hands, Lucia.
The rose gold mermaid was puzzled.
Princess Lucia: What?
The cerulean merman repeats his last sentence.
Lucien: Take my hands, Lucia.
The princess doesn't understand for something to do with swimming lessons.
Yet Lucia just nodded her head.
The pink mermaid holds the palm of his hands.
The cerulean merman grasps her hands.
Lucia waits patiently for his next instruction to her.
She was nervous.
His head moves to her right ear.
Lucien: Don't bend your tail fin. Or push or shift forward with it. And don't move your body forward and back. Try pushing yourself with the sea up and down.
The princess was really puzzling.
Princess Lucia: Up and down?
The cerulean merman whispers.
Lucien: When I lift you up from the sand, just move your tail fin body up and down. And don't bend while you're doing it.
The pink mermaid nodded her head again.
She was new at swimming as a mermaid.
Lucia was sure in a second.
The rose gold mermaid was ready to try.
Princess Lucia: All right, I will give it a shot.
The pink mermaid straightened her tail fin.
Lucia was trying not to bend after straightening herself.
She takes deeper breaths.
The cerulean merman looked at her.
Lucien: You got it, Lucia?
The princess was certain.
Princess Lucia: Yeah, I got it.
The cerulean merman was glad.
Lucien: Okay, here we go.
He took her up off of the sandy ground.
The princess was startled by what's going on for three seconds.
The cerulean merman guides her to swim in the open sea.
They are a few feet away from the sand.
He smiled, reassuring her.
Lucien: Just move your tail fin up and down. You'll be okay.
Lucia closed her eyes and braced herself.
