Scene 30 - The Palace of Sea Snakes II
The next morning arrived.
The sea snake queen sat on her seashell throne chair.
Jades stares at the pink mermaid in her emotionless face.
Lucia sits on the sand.
The pink mermaid bowed her head before the queen.
Lucia was awkward.
Princess Lucia: I'm sorry, your majesty.
Queen Jade: You're sorry? For what?
Princess Lucia: For the loss of King Saffron.
The sea snake queen sighed.
Queen Jade: I appreciate your kindness.
The sea snake queen tilted her head to the right.
Queen Jade: We haven't made a proper introduction, have we?
Lucia bowed her head again.
Princess Lucia: I know your name, your majesty...You didn't know mine...Or giving me a chance...
The sea snake queen cleared her throat.
Queen Jade: I am Jade, Queen of the Sea Snakes.
Lucia bowed her head one more time.
Princess Lucia: Lucia, your majesty.
The sea snake queen huffed in annoyance.
Queen Jade: Enough being formal. Stop bowing your head so much.
The pink mermaid stared at her.
Princess Lucia: Yes, your majesty?
The sea snake queen took a deep breath.
Jade was pitiful.
Queen Jade: Lucia...My son told me what happened yesterday...At least Nero got what he's after for years...No worries for that cecaelia anymore...I didn't mean to abduct you-
Princess Lucia: I forgive you.
The sea snake queen was confused.
Queen Jade: What?
The pink mermaid made a nervous smile.
Princess Lucia: You have only try to do that to me to save the mermaids and your kind...You thought you're doing a right thing, your majesty...
The sea snake queen was emotionless.
Queen Jade: Just to save some bubbles in the sea, call me Jade.
Princess Lucia: Pleasure to meet you, Jade.
Queen Jade: Please, Lucia. The pleasure is all mine.
Jade waved her left hand.
Queen Jade: You're free to swim as you pleased. Take a look at the giant seahorses. Anything that amazes you.
Princess Lucia: Yes, Jade. And thank you.
The pink mermaid was getting a hang of swimming like the other mermaids.
Lucia left the throne room.
The princess was smiling.
She hadn't fall into the sand this time.
The pink mermaid was getting better.
Lucia swam in the hallway.
She swims to the back of the palace of sea snakes.
