𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞

We get to the baseball field. "Hey Benny, do you think they'll let me play??" I ask. He nods. "Maybe, I'll ask Hermosa." He says, walking towards Phillps. I can't hear them talking, but Benny comes back and tells me I can play!!

Their team bats first, but we get them out in no time. It's now our turn to bat. I'm up to bat first and not to brag.. but I knock that thing out of the park!! My team cheers for me. Once I get back to the dugout Benny gives me a highfive. "Damn, good hit Y/n." He says smirking at me. "Yeah.. for a girl." Yeah-Yeah squeaks out in between his laughter. "Like you're any better Yeah-Yeah, my dog could hit better than you." I say, Benny backs me up and laughs. "Well...well.." He starts before he's up to bat.

Of course, we won the game by like, 50 points! We all celebrated by going to the local fair, Bertram brought a surprise though. "Chewing tobacco!? Are you nuts?? You guys are gonna die chewing that stuff." I say, grabbing the chewing tobacco.  Benny laughs at me as he takes the tobacco from my hands. "We'll be fine Hermosa. We have you to take care of us." He assures me as they all take a handful of the tobacco.

We get onto the spinning ride and quickly, they all start throwing up. Thankfully, none of it got on me. "Oh, Benny, do you want me to take you home?" I ask, he nods while wiping the throw up off of his shirt. "Hey, could I just stay at your house tonight, please Hermosa?" Benny asks, giving me puppy eyes. I tell him yes and we have a long, long walk home.

"You have to be quiet Ben, I'm serious. Everyone's asleep" I tell him as I quietly open the door. We slowly creep up the stairs when.. "Ahh... this is where you've been all night. Hello Benny." My sister laughs at the top of the stairs.
