Wyan glanced back at a shook Ali. His face was plain but covered in tears. His eyes held no other emotion other than sadness and anger. His eyes were facing the wall but Wyan could easily tell Ali knew he kept glancing at him.
"It's over. James wouldn't let Nikolas stay alive a second time. He doesn't do that." Ali weakly said. "I couldn't protect my son from that monster. Layla is in tears. She'll probably divorce me or something." He finished.
"We don't know that. And she doesn't blame you." Wyan sighed.
"Yes she does. She must! I left Nikolas alone twice!" Ali snapped. His face instantly turned into a glare.
"Ali, I understand your upset and angry, but sitting here and feeling guilty while Nicholas could still be out there and being hurt by James isn't going to do anything." Wyan said softly.
He could see tears welling up in Ali's eyes.
"How can you be sure?" Ali whispered.
"Be sure about what?" Wyan asked.
"That my son is still alive." Ali said.
"Because he's your son. You never gave up easily. I doubt your son gives up either." Wyan smiled.
Ali glanced at Wyan with a smile. Tears laying fresh at his eyes.
"Thank you, Wyan." Ali stood up and cracked his back.
"There are only two buildings in all of America, where we are anyway, that are abounded. My guess, James has taken Nikolas there." Ali spoke to Wyan who nodded.
"Let's get going then. We'll get Su-Han as well." Wyan said and Ali nodded and they both very quickly left.
A gold dagger was thrown into the picture of Ali.
James clapped. "Well done my boy."
Nikolas simply stood up straighter and stared ahead. His white eyes never leaving the picture of Ali.
"Hmm you've done almost everything right. I think your training is nearly properly completed." James smirked.
All of a sudden James phone rang.
"One minute my boy." James said and cupped Nikolas's face before going to his phone.
"Ali?"
"I want my boy back James."
"Well, what makes you think I kept him alive?" James smirked.
"One, I can see your smirking. Two, I can see Nikolas. And I want him back now." Ali growled.
"Where are you?" James asked. Looking everywhere around the room before looking out the windows.
"You don't need to be concerned about that." Ali said.
"Yes I do. Your planning on hurting my boy." James smirked.
"He's not your boy! He is mine." Ali shouted.
"Oh-oh well let's find out. Nicholas," James said and walked over to Nikolas, "Who's your father?"
"You." Was all Nicholas said.
"And who are you working to destroy?"
"Ali Lahiffe." Nicholas answered.
"You've brainwashed him again?" Ali asked.
"Oh I've done more than brainwash him Ali." James smirked "He thinks I am his father now. To him, your nothing."
He could hear Ali breathing heavily. "I am not going to stop this time until I know for certain your dead."
