"Do you not like it when I call you Kacchan?" Deku asked, slightly shy and overthinking clear in his tone. Katsuki's silence caused him to ramble, not helping his sleepy stupor. "I mean you never told me to change or

stop saying it so I always thought-"

Katsuki's hand reached behind him, feeling the empty space of the mattress for Izuku and making contact with his hand. He yanked him forward while he turned, successfully pulling him to his chest. He didn't open his eyes as he answered

bluntly to shut him up. "You couldn't pronounce your t's."

Izuku confusion was muffled into Bakugou's shirt, his arms hesitantly hugging Katsuki back since the blonde had him in a vise grip and was aggressively cuddling him into place. "Huh?"

A deep groan of exhaustion as Bakugou trudged on, knowing that his memory beat the nerds any day. "You couldn't fucking pronounce your t's, dumbass. Your shitty baby teeth always made it sound like kashuki or ka-suki, fucking annoying."

Midoriya squeaked, embarrassment working its way into his system as he remembered exactly what Katsuki meant. Bakugou smirked but stayed quiet, letting Izuku drape his legs over his own and move his body to rest against his neck now, scarred hands finding their usual spot on his

waist. He contained himself before biting back, sure he'd fluster the blonde in retaliation. "Well I can say my t's now, Katsuki! Jerk.."

Katsuki all but flustered in response like he planned, stunned into silence. He hadn't heard his first name in his voice since forever.

It was perfect.

Alternative ending; Izuku forgets his t's when says Katsuk. "I can say my t's now, Kashuki you je-" He flustered in shock, eyes widening. He had never messed up on them before in his life.

Katsuki barked a laugh, a fit of chuckles taking him over as he repeated. "Ka-SHU-ki!" Needless to say he had to practice saying his name in the privacy of his own bedroom out of embarrassment the following week.
