I have too many customers at this time in the morning. So many I don't even notice when the disrespectful man that was with my friends leaves the shop. I'm too busy making sure everyone gets their order. And most importantly I make sure to play nice with everyone else, that way I can get a bigger tip. I've been saving a lot of money thanks to this job and I hope my boss doesn't find out about the scene I did with that idiot. The minutes go by and no one is complaining so that's good enough for me. I stay behind the counter as soon as I'm done and my two friends leave their table to talk to me here. They sit in front of me with those wide smiles.

- Taehyung, sit straight

- Ugh, I just got here and I'm already getting scolded Hyung?

- You just got here and you're already sitting like you have a severe scoliosis. Just straighten your back!

- It's hard for him, Jin Hyung - Jimin smiles - He's not used to being straight at all hahaha

This kid has no hope. Why can't he behave like my little Jimin? He's been a cutie since we met! Though I must admit Tae has a soft side hard to find now a days. Thinking about them makes me remember the idiot they came with. I can't help to frown as I ask about him.

- Who the hell was that loser that came with you today?

- That's Namjoon, Hyung. He's our friend!

- With a friend like him you won't need enemies. He looks dangerous enough. He's not getting you into drugs or something, is he?

Jimin seems dramatically offended by the way his best friend just accused him to me. And I have to cross my arms and have a second of eye contact to know he's not lying.

- You two better not go

- But hyuuuung

- But nothing. You have to follow the rules! You can't surround yourself with a bunch of criminals!

- It's just a race! Bikes, bets

- Bets?! You better not risk a single dollar on that!

- If we promise not to bet can we go?

- Hmmm fine. But if someone offers you drugs you-

I sigh. At least they know that part. Without really wanting to, I let them go to the races tonight. Hopefully, they'll get bored and never get near that again. It's not that I'm strict or anything! I'm just protecting them! I don't want them to fall under a bad influence. Some dark places are not easy to leave. Unfortunately, I can't spend my whole day talking to my friends and warning them about their weird friend. I have to work with a smile and make sure to keep everything under control. I'm not gonna lie, I love making sure everyone behaves in this coffee shop. Someday, I'll have my own restaurant and I'll have the power to kick out whoever disturbs the place.

After a long shift, I'm finally the only one left. I turn off every light after counting the money and I'm ready to head out. It's right outside, when I'm locking the door that I can feel someone behind me. My survival instinct kicks in immediately and I turn around to punch whoever's behind me. I hear the man try to complain as he falls down but I give him no time to defend himself. I end up on top of him ready to beat him up when

- Wait! Wait! Jin, it's me!

The fact that he knows my name makes me stop right before hitting his face again. I try to look at him under the street light and I can finally recognize him. He's Jimin and Tae's friend!

- Namjoon? Was that your name? What are you doing here?

- I was-

- I swear if you came here because you're upset about today you shouldn't play with me. I could chop off your balls and use them as my keychain, bitch

- What?!

- N-Nothing! I came to... apologize! Yeah, obviously...

I look at him up and down. Something tells me he's lying. He came here with no warning in the middle of the night to apologize? It doesn't sound right. But...I can't deny he seems calm and the way he bites his lip staring at me makes me think he doesn't hate me. I guess I could trust him for now. If Jimin's his friend he can't be that bad...I hope.

- Fine...Stand up

- I guess I should leave you alo-

- I'm not gonna let you go after I punched your face. Let's go in, I'll help you with that

- I don't need help. I'm fine, Jin

- Come. In.

God, how many orders do I have to give him so he does what I want? Though it seems like he kind of enjoys following my words. We go back in and I take him near our first-aid box. As he sits on top of one of the tables, which I find disrespectful, I look for everything I need to help him.

- You really have no manners, don't you?

- No one ever asked me to have them

- Well, you should get used to it if you plan on ever coming back here

- I'll keep it in mind, ouch!

- Sorry! I guess I hit you pretty hard...

- You're stronger than it looks...and prettier if I can add

I realize he's staring at me with a smile as I put some cream on his skin so he doesn't get a bruise. And when I see those dimples I have to look away. Why does he look so cute when he smiles? I didn't notice before but... he's actually a great looking man. His eyes are captivating and his body is sexier than I would like to admit.

- Thanks... You're not bad yourself, Namjoon. And I'm glad you came all the way here to apologize

- Haha ha...yeah...

- There you go. You can go now.

He thanks me after winking at me which is a little out of place but I won't deny it's pretty hot. Damn, I shouldn't be paying so much attention to his beauty or I'll start thinking stupid things. He starts to walk away but stops before crossing the door.

- Hey Jin, would you...Please don't punch me for asking but...would you like to go out tonight? The kids and I were planning on going to a race and...you know... you're more than invited

- Are you asking me out after I threw coffee at you and punched you on the face the first day we met?

-...If you say it like that I sound like a masochist. But...yeah

I can't control the smile on my face. I guess I'm not used to someone liking me after seeing how bossy I can be. Specially someone like him. But the idea doesn't sound as bad as it should. Sadly, I have to say no. At least for now. He understands and leaves me behind. It's late in the night and I need to go home. I can't give myself the chance to go have fun with a dangerous and sexy stranger. Not when there's someone I need to take care of back at my place...
