I was concentrating on a report about shipment progress when someone tapped on my desk. I looked up to see daniel.
"Do you want anything sir?" I asked politely.
"Yes" he replied. I waited for him to continue raising my brow.
"I was thinking of getting lunch... would u like to join me" he asked smiling.
"I don't think i am allowed to go for lunch with you sir" i declined politely. I didn't want to get in trouble.
"Please call me daniel, ask my brother if you can go to lunch, i will wait" and with that he made himself comfortable at one of the chairs across my table.
I sighed, well atleast he is polite rather than his hothead brother.
I got up from my chair and walked towards dylan's office. I knocked on the door.
"Come in"
He was concentrating in his laptop as i entered.
"Sir do you want anything?" I asked not to be direct.
"No" he replied curtly without looking up from his laptop.
"I was just hoping then, if you don't want anything, can i go out for lunch" i asked.
He nodded, "30 minutes, and bring me a sandwich if you are at it" he dismissed me.
"Thank you" i replied.
As soon as i was out of the office, daniel stood up,"well?" He asked expectantly.
"I have 30 minutes" i replied.
"Great, lets go" he said excitedly.
