Around this point in time a new rival of Savage rose he was an indivual whoose intelligence was far beyond even Babydoll's to the point that it coulden't compare then magnified by the intelligence of Adam making them an unrivaled mind. They were named Tony Osborn they were born and blessed by the highest level exsistences who were trying to overthrow the even higher level exsitence known as Adam. Tony was given funding by them as well as the millitary and all other organizations. Tony was tasked with createing a weapon that could go head to head with Adam and end him once and for all. Tony was given a full education on all aspects and at the age of twenty he managed to create the weapon that would compete with the might of Adam. The invester's came to the big reveal of this weapon in hopes of it being good.
