Due to how neither Leo or Savage were directly interefereing with their home dimension Adam was free to train endlessly. This also allowed him to escape the events that came after Babydoll he remained in that Training Chamber for so long that it eventually was destroyed unable to keep up with his power. Adam then went from one Training Chamber to the next training in more advanced and effective training chamber's each time. Around the time that Savage Hit came to be Adam had destroyed the highest grade training chamber resulting in training becomeing useless for him.
