A month after the birth of Savage Hit he began crafting new items for himself. Savage Hit forged a black robe and other clothes these clothes were designed to limit his abillity and power he also forged power limiters for himself as well as items of sealing. As a result he was almost completely covered in these items from head to feet leaveing only his tail unresticted. Savage Hit managed to seal off ninty nine percent of his power and even as he naturally would grow stronger so would these items and so he would constantly remain at only one percent. However Savage Hit would also keep his hands in his pockets and fight with his tail for the most part not even using his hands this was to give others a fighting chance in battle against him. However over time he was known as the Legendary Hit.
