"Given our recent influx of monsters, the Sheriff and I have decided we need to take drastic actions. Please give him your full attention." Alaric stepped back and let the sheriff step forward to speak.

"Like Dr. Saltzman was saying, Local girls, Dana Lilien and Sasha Stoteraux didn't come home last night. Dana sometimes skips town for a few days to party, but this is a first for Sasha."

Lucy gave the picture to Hope who was beside her, listening boredly to the humans on stage. She didn't have a choice, yet again. She has been trying to avoid any more conversations with Amenadiel, knowing he's right. And acting like a normal-ish student seems to be working.

"Thank you, Sheriff Donovan. Now while the knife is away with Dorian and things are quiet on his end, it won't hurt to assume to worst."

"Now, I'll need a few of you to volunteer to go to Mystic Falls High under the guise of an exchange program meant to improve relations between our schools, which unfortunately is necessary, given recent events. Now, I give your permission to compel them, to gather materials locator spells, because any information we can get will make all the difference."

Just as he finished, Lizzie stood up voluntarily, going in front of the students. "Well, I guess that I can set aside my differences with Dana for a day because that is what heroes do. So, I volunteer as tribute."

Hope mustered up an eye roll making the girl beside her hide a laugh. "She battles one gargoyle, and suddenly, she's Mother Teresa." She sighed and Lucy chuckled lowly.

"I'm in." Kaleb stood up and so did Mg who volunteered themselves.

"I'll like to help." Hope volunteered, Alaric making a confused look at Hope. Lucy merely stayed out of it not wanting to deal with human teens. However, Alaric had other plans for her, "thank you for volunteering as well Lucy" Lucy looked up at him and glared, he had a smug look on his face.

The four students and Lucy stepped out of the bus one by one, staring at the building of Mystic Falls High School. Eyes fixed on them, watching their every movement as they walked toward the entrance. High school full, of idiot humans. How she despised humans.

Just as she walked beside Hope, everything around her stopped. Not again, she cursed under her breath knowing who it was.

"What do you want from me?" Lucy asked annoyed.

"I've been watching you, Lucy." Amenadiel started.

"You perv." She mumbled.

"And I'm not sure I like what I see. You're showing restraint, and mercy, by saving yet another witch. And look at where you are, with humans." he continued.

"You scared I'm turning my back on the dark side, bro?" Lucy mocked.

"Lucy, there is a balance here that we must maintain. I strongly suggest you do what I told you to do and go back to Hell."

"Don't threaten me, Amenadiel." She warned. "I mean, you don't want to start a war."

"I would love a war," Amenadiel smirked. "Oh, Lucy. My hatred for you grows stronger with every visit."

"Well, I wouldn't have it any other way, pal. I look forward to eating your heart one day." Lucy smiled "Peace."

Amenadiel shows his wings ready to leave and that makes Lucy slightly jump. After one last look at her, Amenadiel left. She rolled her eyes and stood next to Hope, not wanting her to get suspicious about anything.

"Okay," Lizzie placed her hands on her hips, looking at Lucy, Hope, MG, Kaleb, and Landon.

"So here's the deal. Landon, you talk to any of the people you still know from when you went here. Lucy, you try not to attract anyone with your weird attractiveness and mojo, and Hope, you try to not deliberately alienate the entire student body while the rest of us save the world."
