Guys....kill me....I just found out that Kalluto is a boy who dressed like a girl....I am a disgrace to the HxH fandom😭😭😭😭

Back to the story I guess....

(Ember POV)

I found myself pointing my sword at Killua. I froze since I wasn't expecting to see him in this room. He looked at the sword and back at me.

"Hey"

He said with a soft smile. I dropped my sword and hugged him tightly, sighing with relief he was okay.

"Don't ever do that again, please!"

He hugged me back and patted my head

"I'm sorry, it was...important, I guess"

We sat on the couch and he took out some candy from the drawer. He offered some, but I declined. Sweets aren't exactly my thing (I'm more for savory).

"How'd you get past my parents without getting caught?"

I stayed silent. I didn't know whether to tell him that Kalluto was helping me.

"Is it Kalluto? He told me he's been helping you since day one."

I looked at him.

"I made a deal with him the first day I left."

(Flashback)

I ran fast as fast as I could through the woods killing anyone in my way. Nothing could calm my bloodlust from seeping through my body. I saw another person straight ahead and prepared to slice them. Once I attempted to attack, my sword was blocked by paper. I realized I was attacking Kalluto. I backed off, but my hunger to kill didn't die down just yet.

"You look terrible, Ember. Bad target get to you?" -Kalluto

"Shut up!"

I kept attacking him, but he blocked me until I found an opening in his papers. I then cut his arm on the side, injuring and weakening him. I went for the kill until he said something.

"Ember your eyes"

I stopped in my tracks.

"They're red...blood red."

I slowly put my sword down and looked at my reflection.

"If I remember, they were silver what changed?"

I couldn't answer. Based on the color, I guess it's bloodlust. Kalluto then received a phone call and I overheard what she was talking about.

"Kalluto, it seems Killua left the house and Ember also ran away soon after." -Kikyo

I flinched and gripped my sword.

"I see..."

"Have you seen Ember around yet?" -Kikyo

Kalluto looked at me. I tensed up and glared at him, bloodlust oozing from my body.

"No, I haven't seen her since I left this morning, I'll inform you if I do,"

"Understood."

Then they hung up.

"Why did you do that?" -Ember

"One, you just experienced your first emotion, and two, I want you to owe me."

"What do you want?"

"...Your brother. I- 'm in love with your brother, Mazuko."
