I stood there my back leaning against the pillar in front of the guild hall with my arms crossed, still contemplating why I agree to do this.
"Bye-bye, Mommy! Buy-bye, Daddy!" Little Asca hugs Bisca and Alzack, who were getting ready to leave for a job.
"Bye-bye, darlin'!" Bisca and Alzack waved to her.
Yeah, Bisca and Alzack needed someone to watch over Asuca while they went on a mission, and guess who they asked to babysit her...
"Take real good care of our lil' dumplin' okay?" Bisca told Natsu.
"Sure! Don't you worry!" Natsu waved to them assuring them everything will be fine.
"Shana will be helping, so she's in good hands." Alastor also assured them. I hid my grunt.
"Don't forget to bring me back lotsa of presents!" Asca says with her hands spread out.
Alzack chuckles. "We won't!"
"Love you!" Bisca sings holding hands with her husband.
I had a weird warm gut feeling in my stomach watching them hold hands like that. I tried to shake it off. I can't let that bother me right now.
Asca went to pick up Kilala in her arms.
"All right, kiddo," Natsu says getting her attention. "Wanna go get some juice? Shana's paying." He asked her.
My shoulders flung down. There goes my money for melon bread.
A bright smile appeared on the little girl's face. "Yeah!" She cheers. I couldn't help but smile at how cute she was.

Inside the guild, Asca was happily sipping on her drink. "Super yummy! Wow! I wanna drink another one!" She said.
Man, this kid gonna make me go broke.
"Uh, I don't think so. You gotta be real careful. Too much of that stuff might make you wet the----" Natsu let out a yelp when I smacked the back of his head.
"Shut up, shut up, shut up! Don't go saying that to a little kid you idiot!" I whispered to him in a scolding tone.
He panicked. "You'll whet your appetite! And then you'll be way too hungry to have any kinda fun today!" Natsu quickly tried to cover his mistake.
Asca pouts at the Dragon Slayer. "You were gonna say 'wet the bed,' but big girls don't do that!"
Natsu glances over her head to give me a glare. " He's got to be the most clueless person I've ever met." Alastor teases.
"Tell me about it," I mutter munching on my melon bread.
"You're a really lucky little girl, ya know. Not everyone knows someone as fun as Natsu! Well, maybe except for Shana!" Mirajane whispered the last part.
