Chapter 11

Author's POV

-backyard-

"Hey," called Hyeri. "Oh, hey."

"So, why can't you sleep? Snores?" Hyeri asked while taking a seat on the bench with Chanyeol.

"You already know, why ask?" Chanyeol chuckled after.

"Who would start the conversation if i didn't ask?" she chuckled too.

"So why can't you sleep?" it's Chanyeol's turn to ask.

"Still thinking about the fans thingy, they knew about me being Chen's twin and some of them are bashing me."

"That happens all the time, don't worry. It'll be harder if you'll be my g- i-i mean my friend," he stuttered.

"I'm friends to all Exo members, why only you?"

"I'm the most handsome among Exo members, remember?" he said with a cute grin on his face. Hyeri made a disgusted face and said, "I have an amnesia. And it's the kind that my memories won't come back forever."

"Ouch it hurts!" Chanyeol said with hand on his chest and a pained face that looks real.

"Where? W-what happened? Should i call the others? Oh my goodness please don't-"

"HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHA! Omg i can't believe you can be fooled that easily! Oh my goodness!" right after Chanyeol laughed, a tear came out and past Hyeri's blushing cheeks.

"W-why? Why are you crying?" Chanyeol stopped his laugh and looked really worried. Hyeri's tears are coming out more after he said that. She was crying like a little kid that just lost her kitten pet.

"Why? Oh my god why are you crying? Please don't cry.." he said while wiping her tears.

"M-mom.." she said still crying. Chanyeol wanted to ask what happened but it looks like it's not a good timing. So he kept his question until Hyeri stopped crying. He also wanted to hug her so badly, but it'd look weird and she might be shocked.

'Gosh what is this feeling? Why do i want to hug her so badly?' he thought.

Hyeri's tears stopped coming out after 3 minutes. Chanyeol patted Hyeri's head lightly. "Are you done?" Hyeri nodded while wiping the rest of her tears.

"Why did you cry? I was just joking.." she then looked at Chanyeol eyes and said, "you fool."

"What? What did i do?" he looked confused. She sighed. "My mom.. died because of a heart attack. I.. i thought she was kidding at that time because she often made a joke like that to prank me, and so i laughed. But she.. she died after i laughed. She didn't breathe. And.. it's all because of me. If i didn't think of it as a joke then she might be still alive until now. It's.. it's all my fault.."

"I-i'm sorry.. i didn't know.." he said. She nodded. "It's okay. You did it because you're a fool."

"Aish, you are the devil," he said trying to melt the situation down. And it worked, she smiled again.

-dining room-

"Oppa, why did you call me here?" Hyunseul asked while taking a seat in the opposite of Tao's seat so they can face each other. "No particular reason. I think.. it's just because you're not sleepy yet as i am," he said with a grin.

"What made you so happy? And i can't believe your reason. You're such a sleepyhead. Remember when we were on the plane? You fell asleep just a few minutes after we talked. And your eye bags told me everything," she said with a 'psh' expression.

"You got me," he chuckled after.

"So i'll ask you once again. Why did you call me here? Is there something urgent or important?"

"Yeah.. i'm really hungry right now.. can you cook?"

"Of course i can," Hyunseul said with a grin on her face.

"Cook me something.." Tao asked with an aegyo. Hyunseul couldn't help but smile.

"Who said i want to cook for you?" Tao's aegyo power is getting stronger. "Okay, okay! Geez how could you be 2 years older than me with this attitude?" she said and that brings Tao to smile. "By the way what do you want?"

"Just cook me ramyun. I don't want you to be tired," he said with a warm smile. And that just made Hyunseul's heart beat faster. "A-a-a-alright."

"Thank you Hyunee-ya! Ah, can i call you that?"

"I only let girls call me that."

"Then make it 'i only let girls and Tao oppa call me that'," he said with another smile, but this time a cheerful one.

"Whatever," she said with a chuckle after.

-skip to morning-

Chen's POV

Woah i'm really tired. We played the Xbox last night and now my feet and back hurts. I bet all of them would feel the same right after they wake up.

So i decided to drink a glass of water because i'm really thirsty. But when i got out of my room, Sungra's getting out of her room too. Oh she's damn cute with her morning hair and sleepy face. But i then mentally slap my face. What am i thinking?! She's not even interested in me.

"Um.. good morning?" ugh, why did that turn out as a question?!

"Good morning," she said with a smile. No no no please don't smile infront of me! You like Chanyeol so just show that sweet- i mean that smile of yours to him!

"Are you going to the kitchen?" she asked. I nodded. "Wanna try Indonesian usual breakfast menu? It's called fried rice. It's.. a thank you gift because you've listened to my story, carried me all the way here, and took care of me when i was sick," she asked me. OF COURSE I WANT IF YOU'RE THE COOK!

"Sure," i smiled. We then headed to the kitchen. We were pretty surprised to see Hyunseul and Tao sleeping in the dining room. They slept on their seats. Hyunseul's in the opposite seat of Tao.

"They're cute together, aren't they? Don't wake them up, okay?" Sungra chuckled and took a picture of them. "Oh my god, my cutie dongsaeng has grown up and found her soulmate~" she said happily while wearing the apron.

"And you? You haven't found yours?" i asked, kidding.

"Mine will find me," she said with a smile.

Yes, and yours has found you. You just haven't noticed yet.
