Alyssa knew how hard that life was and how it wasn't easy and she knew it was what it was easy with being a Malfoy.

She knew that it was a mess with her father being a death eater. And how he was planning on using Draco. She was worried about her brother.

Alyssa laid in bed and looked to see a letter off of narcissa and sighed. She knew that her mother was worried about her. She got it. And she just knew how everything was a mess.

Alyssa got dressed. She walked down into the common room. She saw Draco and looked to her brother and smiled. "Are you okay?" She asked.

Draco smiled. "I'm okay. I guess I have been better. I just don't know what to do. Father says the dark lord may want me next year. And I'm scared. I'm not ready. All I can think about is Lily and what I would do for her. To protect her and keep her safe. It's a mess," he said as Alyssa sat next to him.

She placed a hand on top of his and smiled. "It's okay. I am here. And whatever happens with us, we will get through it together. We always do. And it will be okay," she said as she looked to him and smiled.

She knew how it wasn't easy. She knew that being a Malfoy wasn't easy.

But she knew that she wasn't going to sit back and let her brother go through this.

Alyssa found Lily as she sat in the great hall. She looked to her best friend and smiled. "Hey. Are you okay?" Alyssa asked.

Lily smiled. "I'm fine. I am just worried about your brother. He is going through a lot. And I'm worried about what might happen. I just want him to be okay, you know? It's just hard," she told her.

Alyssa nodded. "I get it. It will be okay. I know how hard it is. But Draco is going to be okay. He has you. And we aren't going to let the dark lord turn Draco into one of his minions. It can't happen."

Lily smiled. "I talked to my father about it. He doesn't even care. He just said it's what has to happen. I mean what the fuck. Draco is sixteen. And my father doesn't give a fuck," she said as Alyssa looked to her and smiled.

Alyssa walked into the potion's classroom. She looked to Severus who sighed. "Miss Malfoy. Can I help you?" He asked.

"I heard Lily asked you to protect my brother. And you said no. You really are a piece of work do you know that," she said as the two of them held a look.

"This is nothing to do with you," Severus said as he looked away from her.

Alyssa glared. "The hell it is. It's my brother. So don't tell me that," she spat. She looked to him as he stepped towards her.

She frowned as she realised how close that they were. "You have no idea what is going on," he said as they glared at each other.

She went to walk off as he grabbed her. He pulled her close and kissed her.

Alyssa froze in shock. Unaware of what this was the start of.
