Alyssa Malfoy woke in the manor. She grabbed her wand and went downstairs for breakfast. Her long blonde hair flowing down her back.

Alyssa knew she was the adopted daughter of Narcissa Malfoy. Lucius had cheated on Narcissa while she was pregnant with Draco. However, Alyssa's mother had died during childbirth. Narcissa adopted Alyssa.

Narcissa looked at Alyssa as she walked in. "Good morning."

"Morning mother," Alyssa said. Even thought she knew Narcissa wasn't her mother, she still called her mother.

Lucius walked into the dining room. Alyssa was buttering some toast. Lucius was so proud the day his daughter had been born. He was proud to have a son and daughter.

Alyssa smiled. "Good morning daddy."

"Good morning darling. Did you sleep okay?" Lucius asked as he took some breakfast.

Alyssa was about to enter her sixth year at Hogwarts. She and Narcissa were heading into Diagon Alley. Alyssa needed a new robes.

Alyssa smiled at Narcissa. "Thank you. For being everything I needed in a mother. I know it must have hurt when you found out about me, but I'm glad I have you," she said.

Narcissa pulled Alyssa into a hug. Alyssa loved being able to call Narcissa a mother. Lucius had managed to swing it so Narcissa was on Alyssa's birth Registry.

The two Malfoy women walked around Diagon Alley. Alyssa saw the Weasley's and groaned. "Don't they have any shame? Their robes are disgraceful," Narcissa said.

Alyssa agreed with Narcissa. She walked into Madame Malkins. She walked out of the back room. "Can I help you?" She asked.

"I need some robes. I'm returning to Hogwarts for my sixth year," Alyssa said as Narcissa walked in.

"Yes. Right away."

All too soon, Alyssa was heading back to the manor. "Well if it isn't the Malfoy slut."

Alyssa turned to see Ron Weasley. Alyssa smirked. "If it isn't the pathetic excuse for a wizard. How does it feel knowing that you won't even get as far as your father in life? Where as I, I have all the money I could possibly want."

Ron was getting angry. He took out his wand and went to curse Alyssa. Alyssa smirked slightly. "Oh dear. You just made a mistake there Weasley. Hello mother."

Ron paled. He turned to see Narcissa standing behind him. "How dare you raise your wand to my daughter. Haven't your parents taught you manors?" Narcissa asked.

Alyssa sniggered. "They can't afford to," she mumbled.

Narcissa looked at Ron. "Do not let me see you raise your wand to my daughter again or I shall see to it that charges are placed upon you and you don't want to test me on that."

Ron quickly walked off. Narcissa looked at Alyssa. "Did he place a spell on you?"

Alyssa shook her head. "I think he might have tried it. I wouldn't have let him though."

Lucius was fuming when he learnt Ron Weasley almost cursed his daughter. He wanted to confront the Weasley family. Alyssa had told him not to.

Lucius knew what the dark lord had planned for Alyssa. But could he keep her safe?
