The first date

Third persons pov:
Three week later

Almost three weeks had passed since the group  had hung out ,and they were talking more than ever ,pretty much every day.
So when Isabella had gotten complete radio silence for a week and a half ,she was worried.
Worried to the point where she finally decided to turn up at the manor and see what was going on.

Isabella's pov:
The front door of Wayne Manor.

I couldn't quite get the confidence to knock ,which is why I've been stood at the door for about ten minutes.
Taking in a breath ,I finally raise my hand to the door and knock three times.
The door swung open immediately ,Alfred stood there with a small smile.

"I was wondering when you would finally knock" He spoke stepping away from the door ,allowing me inside.
I give a nervous laugh ,smoothing out my hair and allowing a beat of silence to pass.

"I know why you're here Miss Cortez."

"You do?" I raise my eyebrows in slight surprise.

"Of course I do." He nodded "You're here to see the young masters and misses." moving forward to take my coat and bag.

"Oh-Thank you." I flush slightly ,bowing my head before speaking again.
"Are they here?"

"Only Master Jason. I will take you to him." Alfred spoke walking away at a fast pace.
I follow slightly behind ,taking in the sights of the manor.
It's huge.
No doubt about that.
Like massive.
And fancy.
And well decorated.
Like vases that are worth more than my kidney.
And chandeliers that cost more than Bruce Wayne's kidney ,and that's probably worth a lot.

We walk through and out of the foyer ,up the stairs Steph fell down ,down the hallway ,past the library ,until we finally stop at a set of double door with Jason name on them.

Alfred gives a sharp knock ,before smiling at me and walking back down the hallway.

I watch him walk away ,listening to the grumbling coming from inside of the room.
I wait in silence, practically holding my breath until he swings the door open.

"Izzy ?" He looks me up and down, his eyes the only thing that portray his surprise in seeing me
"Surprise..."
I speak quietly, halfheartedly lifting my hands to give him jazz hands.

"What are you doing here Iz ?"
He speaks softly letting me into his room
"No one was answering my calls" once in his room I turn around to face him
"You got worried ?" Amusement laces his tone and he flops down face first onto his bed.

"What...that's crazy... Yeah i did"

He chuckles and mumbles into his pillow
"That's cute"

"Hmm ?" My eyes widen and I tilt my head
"What ?"

"You heard me babe, I said that's cute"
He lifts his head up for a moment to grin at me
"Everyone is out of country, on some mission"

"Have you heard from them ?" I speak after a moment
"No...wait..." he pauses, obviously thinking
"Nah I haven't"

"Oh okay" i hum, sitting down on the end of his bed
"You wanna do something ? I'm bored"
Jason sits up, his hair ruffled and sweeping into his eyes.

"Like what"
I laugh lightly at the state of his hair
"Reading ?" I tease him softly, looking around his room which was littered with books

"No. Not any in this house anyway"
He laughs running a hand through his hair
"How bout i take you on a date ?" Jason speaks after a moment

"A date ?" I let out a nervous laugh at the idea

"Mhmm. What's funny about that ?"
Jason leans forwards, a smirk painted on his face.
"I'm your soulmate and I wanna take you on a date, it's that simple, so what's got you laughing ?"

"It was a nervous laugh" i huff, flicking a pillow at him
"So what is it, a yes or a no ?" He stares at me awaiting my answer

"Yeah. Sure..."

"Sure ?"
He snickers shaking his head
"Izzy that doesn't sound like a solid yes and I'm gonna need words"

"Yes"

"Yes what ?" He grins, only teasing me now

"Yes I would like to go on a date...or whatever..."

"Good."
He gets up from the bed and walks over to the door
"C'mon babe, I know the perfect place"

Authors note: I AM SO SORRY. I went missing again and that's my bad. I don't know whether I want to continue this book and I was literally five seconds away from deleting it earlier. BUT here have this until I decide...
