Twitter, a digital landscape that I seldom traverse, intriguing events often unfold. It was during one of these rare encounters that I found myself bemused by a message from a reader of my literary creations. They informed me of a peculiar circumstance, wherein they had stumbled upon a writer bearing the same name as mine – 'cielastra'. How amusing, I thought, for it seemed highly improbable that such a coincidence could transpire. The fusion of a French word and a Latin word in such a distinctive manner tickled my sense of humor. Curiosity propelled me to reach out to this user, and yet, their response was defensive and guarded. I did not even bring up the notion that she had copied my name, for such a thought had not crossed my mind. However, upon reading her defensive response, where she adamantly declared, "Hindi ko po intensyon na gayahin o kopyahin ang iyong username po, ako rin po kasi mismo ang gumawa nito." I couldn't help but burst into laughter. The irony of it all was simply too amusing to ignore. Oh, the peculiarities of human nature and the amusing ways in which people can react.
