LITTLE BEAN'S DEATH ARC BEGINNING
--💜💜--
When the Entrance Exam started, Hitoshi found himself really nervous. Of course whatever would happen if he got in or not would be all dependent on his training. He was just glad that Izuku assured him he'll do great.
Since Izuku came into his life, he didn't have times that he doesn't feel happy. He found a parents, a cool uncles and auntie, a great best friend and a ton of friends. Yeah, there are some bad days but compared to the good things he got, it's nothing.
He loves his company and because of him, he had a great childhood. It did start rocky but it's fine! Hitoshi is just happy.
And it did, he did well in the written exams. Most of them are the things that he reviewed with Izuku. So he had a lot of questions he managed to answer.
In the practical exam, he did his best in both helping others and destroying the robots. He even saw Izuku make a makeshift weapon from the scrape of robots. Which he did the same.
He knew Izuku was much stronger and faster than him. So the fact that he really did well in the entrance exam really feels great.
The two of them open their letters together in Midoriya's house. Inko made a small feast together with the whole UA staff except for All Might. Even Gran Torino came and had a party in Midoriya's. He had a great day that time.
Until one day, just a day after they got the result.
"Serves him right!" Aizawa suddenly said when he went back to their apartment.
"What happened dad?" Hitoshi asked worriedly.
"All Might tried to invalidate both of your entries as a student of the hero course. He mentions that the HPSC commission wouldn't allow you two to become a hero, especially Izuku. It seems that big buffoons don't know that UA is a private property," Aizawa said to clearly look pissed.
"Why does it matter if the school is private property?" Hitoshi curiously asks.
"Listen here, Toshi. Out of all the hero schools here in Japan. Only the UA and Shiketsu are the ones that are owned by the private sector. Nezu is a co-owner of UA but there is a family who owns them. We don't know which family is crazy enough to give Nezu a large amount of money to create the UA. With this, UA and Shiketsu could do whatever they want in their school and HPSC had no say on how they manage the school. There might be some problems in the provincial license. But skills speak louder," Aizawa explained.
"So we could still be a hero then," Hitoshi said. Aizawa nodded.
"That's how I became one. Because I got UA as backings. All Might thought that HPSC had some say in this matter. Because that's how most of the school does. HPSC controls them who will be a hero and who wouldn't. It's extremely toxic but thats the reality. And aside from that, he reasons out that Izuku might become a liability in the field if he still becomes part of the Hero Course. That fucking quirkist! Serves him right when Gran pulls him out," Aizawa said.
Hitoshi felt something ominous and had an uncomfortable night. Especially when he Izuku's text.
Green Bean 💚🥦
Hey! Why don't we go to the arcade tomorrow after we hang out in the cat cafe? It's been a while since we played there.
He just replied sure. They exchange text until 10 pm before going to bed. But for some reason, Hitoshi couldn't be at ease. And he had the bad feeling about something but doesn't know where.
